Absolutely glowing review! Seriously fantastic! The room was brand new and spotless, decorated like a show flat in a new development. It had a living room and three bedrooms – all spacious: the rooms, the living room, the bathrooms, and the kitchen. Plus, each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. But the best part was definitely the service. The front desk guy was incredibly welcoming, helped us with our luggage, upgraded our room, and then pulled out a map to help us plan our itinerary. The next day, he even drove us to and from the attractions, suggesting places to visit and eat along the way. It’s the first time I've stayed somewhere so good and received such warm hospitality – huge thanks to him. This hotel is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!

Our family of four (two adults and two children) just wrapped up a wonderful 5-day, 4-night vacation at 'Creek Dwelling,' and our stay truly exceeded all expectations. I have to give it a five-star rating! The room itself was spacious and bright, with a warm and cozy setup. The bedding was clean and soft, and the four of us never felt cramped. After a tiring day out, we always looked forward to coming back to the hotel for a good night's sleep. Over our four nights at Creek Dwelling, we experienced more than just high-quality accommodation; we were deeply touched by the thoughtful and personalized service. The owner was wonderful, always greeting us with a genuine smile from check-in to check-out, which made us feel incredibly welcome. They helped us with our luggage and proactively offered local travel tips, dining recommendations, and other useful information, which was incredibly thoughtful. Whenever we had a request, they responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. The room itself had a practical layout, ample natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

Highly, highly, highly recommend! (This is not an ad.) The guesthouse occupies an entire building, and we booked a three-room suite. Upon arrival, the owner warmly welcomed us and assisted with check-in. After getting us settled, the owner even helped carry our luggage to the room and gave us a thorough room tour. The rooms were spotless, and the decor was entirely in the Wabi-sabi style – understated yet sophisticated. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the mattress had a slightly firmer feel, which we appreciated as many hotel beds can be too soft. The suite also came equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine, perfect for families traveling. Once everything was set, the owner went above and beyond, planning a personalized itinerary for us and even personally driving us to our first destination, Huanglong Cave Scenic Area. The owner is truly amazing! Although the guesthouse isn't directly beside 'Charming Xiangxi' (Meili Xiangxi) or the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, it's very convenient to reach both attractions by taxi, taking only 7-10 minutes. In summary, if you're on a family trip and prioritize excellent service and quality, this guesthouse is absolutely the best choice.
