Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay (National Forest Park Flagship Store)

I stayed at the Qishili Hotel during my trip to Zhangjiajie, and I found it to be very comfortable with a great environment. The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. They had roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 on the first floor which smelled delicious – a really creative touch! I also tried the hotel's berry tea; it was a bit bitter at first but got better the more I drank it. The lighting in the cave bar looked stunning against the rock formations. Upon entering my room, I found welcome fruit already placed on the coffee table. For breakfast, there were both Chinese and Western options, and they offered afternoon tea ☕️ with delicious small cakes. It was a wonderful trip; they even provided a shuttle service, and the butlers were all very friendly and harmonious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

My trip to Zhangjiajie this time was unexpectedly good! The Qishi Li hotel was clean and picturesque, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was delicious. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to Charming Xiangxi, and a short taxi ride to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Thousand-Year Romance. The underfloor heating throughout the hotel made our winter trip super comfortable. The second, third, and seventh floors offer beautiful photo opportunities, and you can even book traditional ethnic costumes for a photoshoot right there. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it! 👍

They upgraded our room and the pickup service, which was a nice surprise! The butler, Manny, was incredibly polite and professional, giving us detailed routes and tips for exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. When we checked out, they even drove us to Tianmen Mountain. The hotel's nutritious breakfast had a great variety, and every evening they roasted sweet potatoes by the fireplace – a real treat! This trip to Zhangjiajie was truly rewarding! We got to see the most beautiful rime scenery!

After looking at many B&Bs and hotels, I finally chose this one for a two-night stay, and my biggest impression is that it was absolutely worth it! From the staff's attitude to the overall check-in experience, they contacted me right away for pickup, and I was completely satisfied with everything. The breakfast was also light and healthy. There were many international guests, and any requests were handled promptly. All in all, I highly recommend it!
