Zhangjiajie Relian Xishu Swimming Pool Courtyard-Style Hotel

I booked this for my parents. The owner was very welcoming and even upgraded their room for free. They had a very comfortable stay and the environment was nice. Breakfast was provided, and they even offered a drop-off service to the station when they left. Overall, they felt everything was excellent. It's also very close to Tianmen Mountain. It's a guesthouse that's really suitable for a stay. Thanks to the owner for their warm hospitality! 🌹

I usually don't stay in B&Bs, but this time, I was pleasantly surprised to find that some B&Bs offer exceptional facilities and incredibly attentive service. The hotel is conveniently located between Tianmen Mountain's main entrance and the cable car service area. The owner even proactively called me while I was on the high-speed train to ask if I needed a pick-up. Their service is truly outstanding, always accommodating requests and even anticipating needs. There's also a pool perfect for kids, and mine didn't want to get out! This place seems to be a top choice for foreign visitors as well... Based on my years of reliable reviews on Ctrip, I highly recommend staying here.

The price for the two days before May Day was indeed not cheap, but there's nothing to be done, everything is expensive then 😅😅. The guesthouse is nicely decorated, it's a detached villa, very quiet, and parking is quite convenient. The staff were also very enthusiastic and pet-friendly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was very soft, and it was quite comfortable to sleep in 😌. Breakfast was simple but included noodles, which tasted pretty good.

Overall, my experience was fantastic! It was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The free airport shuttle was a super thoughtful touch, and they even gave detailed tips on local attractions and how to avoid tourist traps, which made my trip so much smoother and worry-free.
