Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

Exceeded expectations!!! The front desk ladies at the hotel provided exceptional service, and the travel agency opposite the front desk was incredibly convenient. I have to give full marks to the service at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie! When I checked in, there was a drainage issue in my original room. Since I arrived a bit late on the first day and had already unpacked, I spoke with the front desk the next day when extending my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, didn't try to pass the buck at all, and proactively upgraded us to a better room type for free. The issue was handled quickly and thoughtfully – it was a truly pleasant surprise. The service throughout our stay was very attentive. The front desk was enthusiastic and professional, always accommodating our requests. The attention to detail was spot on, and we truly felt the quality and sincerity that Hilton is known for. Staying at this hotel in Zhangjiajie was truly reassuring and comfortable; the experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend it!! P.S. I suggest the hotel consider adding some charging stations.

This is a new hotel, very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. We booked a room with a view, and on a clear day, you can see Tianmen Cave. The hotel lobby displays flight information, and you can even watch planes taking off and landing – the noise is tolerable. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, and the butler service was excellent. They arranged transfers for us to the high-speed rail station and Tianmen Mountain. I highly recommend staying here if you're flying in or visiting Tianmen Mountain.
