SANHE Hotel(Wulingyuan ，National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie)

We stayed at the SANHE Hotel in Wulingyuan during our trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and were very pleased with the experience. Although the hotel isn’t directly beside the main tourist area, getting to the east entrance was quick and inexpensive. A Didi ride took around 12 minutes, so staying slightly farther out felt like great value compared to the pricier hotels near the park. The hotel itself has a very modern feel, with thoughtful high-tech touches like an in-room projector and a voice-controlled smart system for the curtains, air conditioning, and lighting. (The voice controls are mainly practical if you speak Mandarin.) All five people in our group were happy with their rooms and overall stay. Most importantly, the service staff were great! They were very helpful in helping us book cars to the park, and providing local/park information. In particular, shout out to 张婷 at reception, whose warmth and excellent service made our stay even better. One small feedback i would give is to open the pool earlier, so that guests have time to use it before checkout or before they step out for the day. When we were there, the pool was only opened from 12noon onwards.

All the staffs are friendly and go out of their way to help you. They help you book tickets, plan your itinerary, and they also offer free tea tasting. The room is spacious and looks nice.

It was the best hotel in our China trip. Spacious modern room, very good cleanliness, Very nice and helpfully staff, especially Kang. She helped us to arranged transport to the airport and to buy tickets to attractions. We had free pick up from train station late at night and free transport to the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park

This hotel was the perfect place for a mix of relaxation, not in too hectic of an area, and the staff were very responsive. The rooms were super nice and cleaned daily, and there’s a lot of attention to detail. It’s a little far from the the main city but close to some of the park entrances, so it was perfect for me. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Sanhe Hotel in Zhangjiajie. The hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and the room was both spacious and very comfortable for the two of us. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view—we truly enjoyed waking up to such a scenic landscape every morning. The hotel offers thoughtful amenities such as complimentary afternoon tea and a light porridge supper each night, which added a warm, homely touch to our stay. They also provide free car transfers to the Zhangjiajie National Park East Entrance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We especially enjoyed the tea experience at the hotel. The tea area is beautifully set up, and we had a delightful tea session with Mr. 田, which was both relaxing and memorable. The hotel also organizes activities like tea plucking and making your own tea leaves, giving guests a unique and immersive cultural experience. Although the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the town center, it was easy to get around using Didi, so the location was not an issue at all. I would highly recommend Sanhe Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Zhangjiajie, especially if you appreciate nature and a tranquil environment.

We had a fantastic time staying at Sanhe hotel. It was easy & convenient to get to the national forest park areas. The hotel has a great restaurant and nice communal spaces where you can taste the locally grown tea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The tour they provided for the national park was amazing!

Great places and recommended places to stay, friendly for family stay and adorable price, friendly host and services, transportation included in and out national forest.. like to come back

We really enjoyed stay in this hotel. Hospitality of the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Kang. She was very helpful with tickets to parks and transfer from train stations and backwards. Rooms are huge and very clean. Bathroom is very modern. Breakfast had good choices of meals.

This is a very beautiful hotel in a serene location, we had booked 2 rooms, 1 triple sharing and 1 with 2 beds, we stayed here for 3 nights, it came with with breakfast and self-service laundry… the rooms were very clean and spacious, we had the mountains views, the front desk receptionists like 何清清（He QingQing), 吴洋(Wu Yang), 康媛媛(Kang YuanYuan) and 张婷(Zhang Ting) were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we will return to this hotel if we are to visit Zhangjiajie again.
