Ibis Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance)

Hotel is near zhangjiajie gate entrance , is very convenience , the room is very clean no smoking smell and service is very good . There are luggage lockers in the lobby downstairs too, which is super convenient!

This is a new hotel it is CLEA, and the location is PERFECT. Literally in the gate of the Zhangjiajie park. Esp if you plan to come back and forth. I highly recommend it. And the staff were helpful as well!

Amazing lovely hotel right next to the East entrance to the Forest Park. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It's brand new with excellent facilities and lovely building architecture. But the most important for me was how nice the staff were! Xiao Dai the hotel keeper was extremely welcoming and helpful, and everyone else were also super sweet. Just what a big difference is made by people who do their best and take their job seriously. I really appreciate that and this is what makes my travel in China most memorable experience.

Clean a great location hotel location , direct access to national Forest 😍 with a friendly stuff that my first staying in this hotel and it’s amaze me, Many thanks hotel entrance staff and special things for Mr. Zhuzhaobin 🌺, as he the one attending for us. Some of staff have basic English language however they still can communicate using communication language devices technology where it can do the job and more.

Before I got to the hotel I was speaking with Dai! She helped me book my ticket for all the parks with ease and convenience. Always available and quick to respond. Without her I wpuld be lost. Tickets were perfect snd helped me get theu the park without having to pay extra. This feature of the hotel is a deal breaker. Dai goes above and beyond.. The staff takes their time and helps everyone even though there is a language barrier to the best of their abilities. Even at breakfast everyone helps and no one says "thats not my job" they all chip on to help! Zoran and his coworkers were especially friendly and helpful ..make sure I have everything I need in a quick amount of time. I wish I could stay longer, I truly enjoyed the staff and location.

The hotel was very nice, great location. Everyone was so lovely and help us booking tickets for the visits. They do the laundry for you while you are visiting the National Park and the breakfast was very nice. Totally recommended!
