The location is super convenient, right at the landmark entrance. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's only a few minutes' drive from the Charming Xiangxi Grand Show. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and even gave us a National Day souvenir, which made us so happy!

I brought my parents to Zhangjiajie, and I booked this hotel mainly because it's close to Wulingyuan. It turned out to be better than expected. The room isn't big, but it's very clean, and the decor is simple yet pleasing to the eye. The bedding is disposable, which is a big plus when traveling with elderly parents. The front desk service was excellent; not the kind of overly formal enthusiasm, but genuinely helpful. They spent a long time showing us a hand-drawn map, explaining how to enter the park, how to take the eco-bus, and which routes would be less strenuous. They also lent us hiking poles for free, which made climbing much easier for my parents. Overall, there were no major issues, and it's really convenient for accessing the scenic area. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The B&B is in a great location, clean and tidy, with all the necessary room amenities. The owner is warm and welcoming, and there's a cute little dog. We had a very comfortable stay, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

The room has my favorite minimalist style – clean, crisp, and high-quality. The bedding is changed for every guest and is single-use, which made me feel very secure. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, like friends, going out of their way for us. They drew a clear hand-drawn map, detailing routes and suggesting what to see first and next. They even lent us hiking poles for free. The complimentary laundry and drying service was a lifesaver; after sweating so much from hiking, it was great not to have to pack a ton of extra clothes. We'd wash and dry them in the evening and be ready to go again the next morning. It's also very close to Wulingyuan. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, and it's very convenient to be close to the iconic gate, suitable for friends traveling together.

The room was great, my kids loved the bunk beds. It was clean and the location was excellent, just a few minutes from the East Gate. I especially want to highlight how patiently the front desk staff explained the sightseeing routes to us! We really appreciate it!
