The hotel service was pretty good, and the breakfast had a good variety. There's also an underground parking lot, which is convenient if you're driving.

The hotel just opened, and the cleanliness was impeccable; it was spotless. There's a swimming pool on the top floor. On our first day, they even cleaned the pool and filled it that evening, so the water was clean and odorless. For a newly opened hotel, this level of service is excellent, and it offers good value for money. It's a five-minute drive to Wulingyuan, and the hotel also provides shuttle service. Our group of over ten people chose to stay here while visiting the scenic area, and we were very satisfied!

Stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. They also have a pool table and a rooftop swimming pool. The lady at the laundry room was so thoughtful; she washed, dried, and even folded my clothes!

There's a pool table and tea available on the first floor, the lobby has a great atmosphere, and breakfast is good too. They offer pick-up and drop-off services to Dongmen, and also for meals nearby. I'm extremely satisfied with the room and the service.

The summer holiday is almost over! We took the kids to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to see the magnificent landscapes of our country! This time, we stayed at the trendy Nanxi Bieyuan Hotel, located near the East Gate of the Forest Park! It's a new hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming to guests! Highly recommended!

This was my first time in Zhangjiajie, and I was incredibly touched by the hotel I chose. From the complimentary airport pickup reservation to arranging tickets, to the almost 24/7 butler service who responded to all our questions (check-in needs, travel routes, activity planning), to even driving us to the largest supermarket in town on a rainy day after check-out, waiting for us while we bought local specialties, and then bringing us back – every aspect was meticulously taken care of. Having traveled with my children and parents to many scenic areas and resorts both domestically and internationally, Nanxi Bieyuan truly stands out as a highlight of our vacation! The value for money is exceptional, and the location is superb. It’s less than a ten-minute drive to the East Gate of the Forest Park, and various popular restaurants are also nearby. Two nights simply weren't enough. The stunning scenery of Zhangjiajie, the allure of the local cuisine, and the genuine hospitality of the businesses in the mountains and town made it hard for us to leave. If I ever have the chance, I will definitely return for a second and third visit, and I won't hesitate to choose Nanxi for my stay again!
