However, the tourist center starts broadcasting entrance announcements at 7 AM, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room with better soundproofing. The facilities are quite new, and breakfast is simple but good. The front desk service is excellent, and Xiao Yuan, who handles travel tickets, was very enthusiastic and helpful. We booked all our Zhangjiajie travel tickets through her.

There are many restaurants nearby, and the two recommended by the hotel were quite good, plus you get a discount if you mention the hotel name. The front desk lends out hiking poles on a first-come, first-served basis, and the staff there are very enthusiastic. The hotel has two buildings, and it's very quiet at night with no noise. Although the hotel just opened this year, there's no lingering renovation smell, probably due to its high occupancy rate. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Plus, the hotel uses the same LG washer-dryer models as five-star hotels. Third, the hotel's head butler can help you buy tickets and plan your itinerary, which saved us so much time and effort – no need to hire a separate tour guide. Fourth, the breakfast is very generous, with freshly cooked rice noodles and regular noodles, mini wontons, yogurt, milk, soy milk, fruits, hot dishes, and more. And it all tastes great! Fifth, the front desk service is excellent. They even provide disposable items like earplugs, nail clippers, mosquito repellent, and dental floss. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here when you visit.

The cleaning staff, seeing how hard we worked climbing the mountains, generously provided extra bottles of water every day. The breakfast includes both Western and Chinese options, with a rich variety of wontons, noodles, bread, and waffles. The entire room is smart-enabled and well-equipped, and there's a free laundry room. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it!
