Nice location and near to wulingyuan, east gate of zhangjiajie national park. Walkable, takes about 5 minutes. Facilities and the vibe of the hotel is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights which is more than enough to explore the place. And of course, the National Park. The night staff at the desk is very easy to communicate, speaks english well and gave us itinerary / route in Zhangjiajie National Park. She also helped us book them! There’s a bit of discount if you book tickets through the hotel. We always asked for assistance from the morning staff to help us book the right destination for our Didi. The cleaner cleaned our room well.

Staff at reception desk were helpless. On the other hand location was excellent and restaurant’s cheff also good.

I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and want to enter Park via the East Gate at Wulingyuan. The hotel is located 5 - 7 minutes walk from the East Gate which makes it easy to get to and back to hotel. The street in front of the hotel is filled with street food vendors and come "alive" in the evening. Do note there are not many shops around the hotel vicinity though there are a few convenience stores. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided very good advice and itinerary on how best to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park over 3 days, and also recommended places to eat around the hotel. Hotel provides a simple breakfast and they will cook noodles and wantons on order. I got a quiet room (which I requested) on 6th floor facing the back of hotel - if you want a quiet room suggest you request for higher floor away from the affiliated restaurant on the ground floor. The room was simple with a comfortable bed, ample space and power sockets. The only point that was not so good was the central air conditioner worked well for the first night (no rain) but did not work well for next 2 nights (when it was raining). Part of the problem rests with me that I didn't report the problem after the second night & only gave the feedback when I checked out - I was told by staff that the problem was likely caused by the rain.

The location is fantastic, right next to street food stalls, and the rooms were clean with a decent breakfast. However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. I felt a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness. For example, when we came to pick up our luggage that we had left there after check-out, the lady at the desk was sitting on her phone, chewing gum, and simply pointed in the direction of where to get our bags. It was disheartening to feel overlooked and unwelcomed during our stay. I hope they can improve their service to ensure everyone feels valued. and respected.

Excellent location, at walking distance from natural park entrance, with lots of restaurants and street food around. The hotel is good, and breakfast excellent. Recommended.

Staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean. Explained to us how to best visit ZhangJiaJie. The best advice we got was to use luggage transfer service when we go out of town and change hotel the next day. We did not want to carry our heavy luggage along.

Lovely hotel within 5mins walking distance to the east entrance of the park. We were upgraded to a bigger room as well. WC and shower area both separated. Front desk is helpful, assisting us in booking of park entrance tix + recommending sight seeing routes for us. There’s a small night market right infront of the mall and many restaurants around the hotel. Simple breakfast provided as well

Beautifully decorated place. Very close to entrance of National Forest park. Good eateries nearby. Great help in booking of attraction entrance tickets. Helped to plan route to maximise time! Good breakfast provided too. Very friendly staff especially the 3 ladies at front desk. Will definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area.

This is a perfectly placed hotel that's really convenient to access the National Park. Close to a 100 meter walk. The hotel itself looks nice and the front desk girl Cici spoke enough English to help me reserve tickets for numerous attractions throughout Zhangjiajie. The hotel is overall solid, especially for the price.
