Jiezhi · Xiangxi Love Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Yangyun)

We were absolutely stoked with our stay at this hotel! First off, the butler service is next-level. They sorted out our train transfers and completely saved the day by planning our itineraries. We were on a tight schedule with two kids in tow, but our butler put together perfect routes for Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They made sure the kids didn't have to walk too much and cut out all the unnecessary tourist traps, so we didn't waste a second. Absolute lifesaver! The hotel itself is beautiful, with heaps of authentic Chinese character. You can tell they put a lot of heart into it—everything from the interior decor to the custom tea sets was spot on. The hotel manager was incredibly welcoming and amazing with our kids, which made us feel right at home. Also, breakfast was a massive win! They served delicious local Chinese food, but also had plenty of options like toast and cereal for the kids if they wanted a taste of home. Overall, 10 out of 10. We had a cracker of a time and can't recommend it enough!

As soon as we booked, Ah Tao, the concierge contacted us to obtain our arrival information. He was there to pick us up and had lots of advice for us (tickets to the park and the mountain, were to eat and where not to eat). He was very friendly. We think he’s amazing. We love this hotel. I loved the fish in reception too. They follow you around. The lady in the attached coffee shop is very nice too

Jiezhi Hotel has a very nice location, which is very convenient for going to the airport, railway station, and surrounding sites like Tianmen Mountain. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Most importantly, Shanshan and her colleagues are very sweet and helpful; they provided pickup and drop-off support to the railway station. With her help, the booking and planning of the visit to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park were so smooth, and at a cheaper price than the official website. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit again with my parents.

All facilities provided were reasonable for the price paid. Buffet breakfast was good.Hotel location is near to Tianmen mountain entry and 72 wonders, but little far from Zhangjiajie National Park.All the hotels which we stayed were decent but it the hospitality which we received sets this hotel apart. Right from complimentary station pick up to making sure our stay was comfortable everything was outstanding. They also explained in detail about the attraction route plan, booked tickets for us and made sure our trip was memorable. We had not pre booked tickets due to bad weather. Just 1night prior we booked it as it was raining but the staff made sure everything went as per our plans. All staffs were good. A special thanks to Ms. Shan Shan who was incredibly attentive, warm and always welcoming.
