The innkeeper was very friendly. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it was a bit difficult to carry large suitcases to the second floor, but the owner helped carry them. The location is strategic, very close to East Gate National Forest Park and many restaurants nearby. Another plus is that it's very close to the bus station.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. They helped me to plan my trip for 17 people! There was no breakfast but we went to Hampton across the road Really grateful for everything!

100% recommended!! Every one at this inn is so nice and helpful, starting from the uncle at the reception in the morning, his smile is contagious! He doesn’t speak English but he seems to understand a lot of it, there’s at least 2 other younger receptionist that speak English so don’t worry about that Our room was quite big and very clean, clean towels and water are provided every day! They will explain everything about the park and how it works. Mind that they will suggest you take a lot of cable cars, I think that’s the most common way for Chinese to explore the park. But you can do your own way and take less. I think it’s still good to buy the unlimited cable car ride ticket from them if you plan to stay in the park at least 48h or if you’re not interested in doing any of the hike in the park, otherwise I don’t think there’s enough time to make good use of it Anyways we booked every ticket through them and the process was smooth and 20¥ cheaper than going through other platforms so I recommend!

very nice little hotel, rooms are big enough, clean. nice entry with flowers. location convenient due direct on the street, during the night its surprisingly quiet. the tour recommandation from the nice owner was the best, we havent seen this 1day option in the Web. staff very nice and helpful. i will book the same hotel when coming again

the hotel basically runs by a family, we really love them all ＜3 they really pour all their heart to give every guests the best services!! especially for the uncle in the front desk, he is the bestt!! he greets us, he explain the recommended routes for visiting the avatar mountain, he helped us bring our suitcases upstairs 🥺 (he lift at least 15kg each on both his left and right hand in one go) he is very strong indeed hahaha we even couldnt do that. we wish we stayed longer here :(. the location is fantastic, it was near the bus stop, the minimart, the restaurant, and we can walk to the east gate of the zjj national park. ahh also, you can ask anything to the lady who runs the wechat account of the hotel. she is an angel, super nice, super helpful, and can speak english!! love them all, thank you for everything!

Was very happy with my stay here. The owners/staff were very kind, helpful, warm, friendly and patient. I felt right at home, and right away told my friends we should stay here when I accompany them to zhangjiajie on the future. The staff assisted with my luggagd (there is no elevator, unfortunately), discussed my itinerary with me, booked attraction tickets (cheaper!) for me, answered my questions, suggested plalces to go to, and greeted my kindly every day. They even accompanied me in the rain, to point out where the bus station was (which is also just a few steps away!). The entrance to the national forest park is a few minutes walk, and there is a great night food market a few minutes walk away, too. The bathrooms are just a bit dated, but the rooms themselves, i found very cosy and lovely. Thank you for being part of such a memorable solo trip!

Location is very near to the east gate and the staffs from the hotel are very accommodating and very nice. Also have washing machine to clean your clothes after you have visited around the park. We had a great time there.

Hotel was walking distance to National park. Near to halal restaurant. Host was friendly and helped us book tickets to attractions, and find for us halal restaurants nearby. She was very prompt in assisting us on Wechat. Room was clean. However the toilet had a slight smell. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is absolutely perfect! You can reach the East Gate (Biaozhi Gate) entrance of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area in just a ten to fifteen-minute walk. Plus, the Wulingyuan Bus Station is right next door, making public transport incredibly convenient. The guesthouse itself is very spacious, almost like a hotel, and it's kept spotlessly clean. The facilities are very comprehensive, and the staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend it!

After several hours on the high-speed train, I was quite tired, so I was incredibly relieved and surprised to find the place was just a few steps from the station! The owner was wonderfully kind and welcoming. She went out of her way to help us, tired travelers, order dinner, and didn't charge any extra fees for it. The dinner was delicious, which we really appreciated. She also helped us book tickets for the Charming Xiangxi show, which was a huge convenience. The room was clean and tidy. Despite being right in the middle of a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet – a rare and welcome find! The location for sightseeing was perfect too; it's less than a 15-minute walk to the main entrance of the scenic area, which was amazing! Plus, the owner offers free luggage storage, which is a fantastic bonus and excellent value overall.

Lovely place with very helpful staff, helped us to book discounted tickets and plan our itinerary changes due to some closures. Very convenient location. Room was great and spacious with very comfy beds.

We had a great time here. The Inn is what you would expect for this price range. Nice size, clean, good shower. Room cleaned and towels changed everyday. The location is very conveniently within a short walking distance to the East Gate of the National Forest Park. The street food is just round the corner. Bus station also very close by. The best thing about this Inn is the staff. They will help you with anything. Just ask. Tickets ,Directions, Food etc. They helped us purchase tickets to the National Park, Grand Canyon and Charming Xiangxi Cultural Show, all at a discount than online or at the door. Great family run Inn. Keep up the good work.

The people who work at the hotel are some of the nicest people I've ever met in China. Before arriving, I added them on Wechat and asked them to buy tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We arrived in the afternoon and the hotel helped organise our itinerary for the next 2 days at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They also helped us book tickets for Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain and Qixing Mountain even though we planned on visiting those sites whilst staying at a different hotel. Our room was very clean and towels and water were restocked every day. It's about a 15min direct walk to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East Gate (Wulingyuan Gate) and to visit the Grand Canyon take the bus from the bus terminal which is 2 buildings over from the hotel. The people are definitely the highlight of the hotel and I recommend you stay here simply because booking tickets in Zhangjiajie can be fairly complicated, and this hotel takes care of it all for you.
