We had a truly wonderful stay here. The room was incredibly luxurious, featuring a large balcony with an outdoor bathtub and a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a diverse selection catering to both local and Western tastes. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff arranged all our tour tickets in advance. When a small misunderstanding occurred regarding a discount, they resolved it quickly, apologized sincerely, and provided a generous compensation. A huge bonus was their amazing laundry service—they guarantee to return your clothes clean, dry, and folded to your room within just 5 hours, which was incredibly convenient and impressive. We are deeply grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel environment is great, the butler service is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. The location is very convenient; it's only a 10-minute walk to the Forest Park. There's also a beautiful river right outside the entrance. Highly recommended!
