Zhangjiajie Xianlv Residential Accommodation (Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot Scenic Spot Store)

This stay was incredible. Here's just 4 reasons why. 1. People - You won't find more warm-hearted people in China. The amount of effort they make so you have the best didi discounts, the fastest arrival to locations, the best itinerary options, the best food you can start your day with, it s unbelievable and truly out of this world since they don't need to do any of these. 2. Location - The location is 3-4 min drive away from the south gate of Zhangjiajie national Park. I know east gate entrance is very popular now, but if you want also a view of the mountains from the bottom, this entrance features a long walk in which you can see mountains monkeys, beautiful scenery overall. In addition i dont think you'll find a better stay near east entrance 3 - Food. - this is not a gamble restaurant you see and hope that what you selected is going to be good. In this place, it s ALWAYS great food. No matter what. At any hour. Whether you wake up at 7,8,9 they cook it for you. So far in China we only tasted good food in like 2/8 places. Everything is so spicy for our taste and usually not salted. Here? It s great. As eastern europeans, the food here exceeded our expectations to the max. Apart from local flavor, It can be sweet it can be flavoured in the way we like it, it can be salty, and it s great in any form. I dont know how important food is for some, but for us, considering the pork sticks and the average bad food all over the mountains, having this as the first meal of your day is a blessing really. 4. The room. - Great! I'm very glad it looked the eay it did on trip, so our expectations were fullfield. Bed very comfy, nice sheets, toilet and shower very clean. You also have a water filler so you can refill your bottles with fresh clean water everyday or drink in the room if you re thirsty. You can ask them via wechat or at the reception for laundry service anytime. Exceptional service.

The hotel is perfectly located near the south gate. The hosts are so friendly, they helped me book tickets and plan perfect route for the time I had there including driving me to the gate. What a view!

The stay was amazing. The stuff was really helpful with booking activities around Zhangijajie. The breakfast selection was really tasty. The room was also great and the best part was the direct view of the scenic area. Best stay that we had in China

We had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. The hosts were so welcoming, and although we don’t speak Chinese, they went to a great effort to communicate with us via a translation app. The hosts dropped us off and picked us up from the South Gate every day, provided us with their handmade map with all their favourite routes around the park, and suggested a detailed route for us to follow each day. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the South Gate and offers panoramic views of the classic Avatar mountains. I’d recommend the location to anyone visiting the Wulingyan area of the park! We ate in the hotel restaurant every night, where the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The hosts offered us tea and coffee every day when we returned from the park and gave us snacks and sweets, too. This hotel is special - it feels like staying with a family. Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay, we absolutely recommend it. The hotel has an amazing view of the mountains, is in a quiet area, is very well maintained (the bed is very comfortable) and is owned by a lovely family. The hotel is only 2km away from the Zhangjiajie National Park’s South Gate, and the host offers free car rides to the gate whenever we needed it (3min ride) which is very convenient if you want to start your day early. He is also a former tour guide and recommended some truly underrated hiking gems that made our stay unforgettable. His wife’s cooking is delicious and homie, made with local ingredients (some from the garden and the forest nearby!). The portions are generous. They were so friendly it was hard to say goodbye!

I would like to say this homestay/hotel is the most beautiful and comfortable place I’ve ever been:) The amazing view from the big windows are always gave me excitement every time when I look. The family who is running it is so nice and gentle/kind, they explained and gave some advice about Zhangjiajie park also wanted to give use some discounts for the 🎫 . I will come again for sure!!

We had a truly wonderful stay during our visit. We received a very warm welcome. He gave us lots of tips for our visit in the national park and even drive us there !The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the national park isn't far away either. Thank you for accommodating us !;)
