Extremely satisfied! The cable car shuttle is just a few steps away. The owner is a lifesaver – lost? Ask the owner. No time for luggage? Ask the owner. Can't find food? Ask the owner. Kids looking for playmates? Ask the owner's kids... The emotional support is off the charts, hahaha!

We really enjoyed our stay with this beautiful family. The hotel is nice , the room is decent and the pool is so pleasant after a big day of hike. They helped us organising the trip and book the ticket. The hotel is very well located inside de park. It’s not so far walking from the first point so we were able to hike early in the morning to see the sunrise on top of the montains.

What a lovely hotel which was run by a family, where “the boss” gave us a really good itinerary and cheap tickets for the Zhangjiajie! Even tho bed is a little hard, we enjoyed their hospitality and friendliness! They gave us free Fruits and Drinks for sharing each other experience! I would highly recommend the hotel I would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie Zushe Minshu. The owners were very friendly and proactively helped us to reserve tickets for the nature park and Tianmen Mountain. The B&B is as beautiful as the pictures. It is a very picturesque place in the natural reserve, right next to the West Entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Park. In the evening we heard frogs and crickets. We woke up with the roosters calling. It has a convenient location, because entering the park from the west side you avoid queues at ticket gates and for cable cars. 🚠 Important as in summer the queues can get serious in the park. In the afternoon the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and in the evening we had a healthy tasty dinner cooked by the owners. All resulting in a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The place is extremely beautiful and the location is excellent. The homestay is tastefully decorated and the lotus garden is nice to walk around. One of our rooms has a weird floorplan that the bathroom is in the middle of the room with no doors. Also the host was a little hard to communicate with that he tries to force his idea on you instead of listening to your needs. But if you dont wechat with him beforehand it is probably okay.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The value for money was incredible; for the price of a twin room, we got a loft-style apartment, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and tidy overall, spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment was also fantastic, with a lotus pond right behind the house and even small boats on the water, creating a perfect ambiance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was clean and neat. The bamboo bed frame was not only breathable but also added a unique touch, making the experience top-notch. The owners were super enthusiastic; they not only thoughtfully helped us plan our itinerary but also assisted with booking transportation. The service was so attentive, making our entire stay incredibly worry-free! The proprietress is also very skilled and capable! She brewed several kinds of fruit wine herself, and the food was delicious too!

Really lovely homestay, the room was large, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helped us with routes around the park and taxis. And the food prepared by the hosts mother was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Visiting from Australia, we had an amazing time at the home stay and would definitely stay again. The room was perfect and the setting was lovely. Our hosts were very helpful and made our stay one we will remember: from collecting us late when our plane was delayed, to planning us a magical itinerary for the national park that avoided crowds, to making us a very late breakfast after we slept in. The location of the home stay at the West Gate was key to avoiding the rush of tour groups. Very grateful to the warm, hospitable family for having us. Make sure you get dinner here too, the Hunan cured meat hotpot was delicious!
