Nice hotel, staff very friendly. Only things is they should put more shampoo/soap.

The room is big and comfortable. You almost dont hear your neighbours or street sounds. Beds are comfortable, air conditioner. Owners are friendly and try to help if needed. When we arrived, the room we booked had bern sold out. We got a higher category room with no extra charge. The reception lady even brought us to the nucleic acid test by her car when we were not able to find a taxi. But the place is in about 15-20 minutes of walking distance from the National park. No bottles of water in the room. In 3 nights we spent there we had just 1 big and 1 small towels with no change of them. No cleaning in the room, tiny bath tools enough just for 1 day in the room. I guess, if you need something you may contact reception, they react only after certain request. If you need a cheap solution and you are not very demanding about service the place is good.

I am very satisfied with the room I stayed in. The landlady is a very warm-hearted and humane person. She is willing to plan the route to the scenic spot for us. The room layout is also very good, transparent and bright. We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied with the overall experience. Moreover, we It was a late bus. I explained the reason to the boss lady and she was willing to let us stay and check out later without any extra charge. Thank you very much to the boss lady.

Hard, very, mattresses, I liked it. The girl at the reception can give you tips on places of interest. English is not spoken. Tickets for the Mirror Bridge and the Grand Canyon are 108 for an adult and 54 for a child under 18 (there are no junior, middle and high school students. They are all children and they get a 50% discount. This is for information). And the same goes for all attractions. Suitcases can be stored as directed. In general, the norm. The bus station is 5 minutes walk.

太棒了，地理位置適中，景區車站吃飯都方便，衞生清潔全配齊，老闆娘善良助人，找不出有啥不足，下次再來就是根據地。

客棧離汽車站很近走路四分鐘就到了，離森林公園也近，坐車不到三分鐘就到了，交通很方便，到客棧第一天老闆就贈送了景區地圖，介紹景點，房間很舒服，衞生間和淋浴間洗漱區很好，都是獨立分開的很方便。進大廳有個茶室，可以泡茶喝，感謝老闆的熱情招待，以後會介紹朋友來住。

在這裏連續住了三天，位置很好，老闆娘一家子都很熱情，衣服可以晾在五樓，附近有一個白鷺路，吃東西方便又實惠美味。張家界，值得一遊。

這次過年去湖南旅遊住宿最讓我眼前一亮的客棧，服務熱情周到，推薦的吃的也很棒。環境更是一流，老闆娘還給免費升了房型。不愧是兵哥哥退伍回來開的住宿，一切都很棒。
