The place is very clean and convenient, 3-5 mins walk to the entrance of Tienmenshan Cable. There are many restaurants and mini convenient stores nearby. Staffs are very friendly. They provide travel tips, food guide, and cute souvinirs for us.

Staff was friendly, they even gave a small gift upon checkout!
However, amenities were lacking. As this was an apartment space converted for hotel use, the walls were very thin. This meant that you could hear people entering their hotel rooms+other sounds on corridors such as talking and knocking on doors. This would disrupt your sleep.
Also, there was limited hot water in the shower (spring time).
Aircon also makes a moderately loud banging sound when it switches on and off automatically after it has hit the desired temperature.
All in all, nice location and staff. But poor amenities that resulted in a poor night's sleep in the hotel.

This hotel was ideal, the room was massive and the location is perfect for accessing the Tianmen Mountain. Literally a 3 minute walk from the cable car! You couldnt stay any closer to the entrance! The staff are also excellent and happy to help! Thanks guys!

Great place!!! People are so nice there. Have us directions on how to tour around Tianmen Mt and gave us free gifts before we left. They kept out r baggage after check out. And they also have a cute lobby where you can hang around

superb location to Tianmenshan, just 5-10min walking distance! room is clean, love the TV programmes available, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful to plan my visit in Zhangjiajie!
only slight downside is the environment outside of the room isn’t so great, the hotel only occupies two levels of the building
