Our properties are scattered, located between 500 meters and 3 kilometers from Tianmen Mountain, as noted in our online photos and descriptions. 3. This particular property is more than 100 meters from the roadside; government construction is underway, which is beyond my control. 4. Your claim that we cut off the kitchen's water and electricity is truly unfair. The gas company has installed safety valves that automatically shut off in case of danger, power outages, or other situations. It's just that something happened on the day you checked in, causing the valve to shut off automatically, and I explained how to reopen it. For safety reasons, the government has installed gas valves in all residences and apartments in Zhangjiajie that involve gas. It's unbelievable that you perceive these safety measures as intentional water and electricity cuts. 5. You did book a two-bedroom apartment, that's correct. However, the two-bedroom apartment is 1300 meters from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. I was worried you might find that too far, so I arranged a three-bedroom apartment closer, 800 meters from the cable car (the location on Ctrip also shows it's 800 meters from the cable car company). But you still thought it was too far. Before you arrived, I informed you that I was worried about having a large group and offered to upgrade you to a three-bedroom apartment. Your response was "thank you very much," instead of saying, "We don't need an upgrade, I just want the apartment in the picture." So, the distance was entirely your choice. Therefore, next time you book accommodation, please carefully read the hotel description and location before booking. Thank you!
