I cannot recommend this hotel enough the rooms are so comfortable and clean. The staff are so kind as well, even taking the time to sit with us when we checked in to go through our itinerary and help with any improvements we could make. Highly recommend, thanks so muc

We had one of the most helpful and friendly stuff. They were very eager to communicate with us and figure out the best solutions to our issues throughout our trip in Zhangjiajie. There was even free water bottles to take from the lobby's refrigerator. However, the room was not entirely as shown in the listing; some areas of the walls were dirty and there was not daily room serivce to clean the room (although, they did ask once if we wanted them to take our towels and clean them). In the rooftop, the washing machines and drying areas were very functional, with a small gym as well. Although, once again the gym and the rooftop area to sit were fairly dirty. Overall, decent experience. You could always just ask for anything!

The host are very friendly. Despite we checked in nearly midnight, they still warmly welcome us and gave us their opinions on our tours for the next three days. They respected our privacy. Towels and water can be collected and exchanged at the counter. Food streets just walkable distance. Great place to stay

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountains area. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with purchasing tickets, choosing the best routes and transportation options, and provided valuable advice that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Their support saved us a lot of time and helped us avoid common mistakes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. The hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing. What impressed me most was the genuine willingness of the staff to help with every question and request. Their hospitality and local knowledge greatly improved our travel experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie, I strongly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel in Wulingyuan which is a very pretty town near the Zhangjiajie Forest Park. All the staff were extremely helpful especially those at reception who booked our tickets with clear instructions on where to go and what to see. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and washing and drying facilities are available. The picturesque mountains can be seen from the rooftop deck. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
