Perfect location for a late night flight. Direct view of Tianmenshan and nice breakfast buffet.

Thia hotel was more than perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were granted breakfast vouchers and all the time free tea and water. The hotel helped us with booking the excursioms with a lot of time before coming to China and also fulfilled our request to change the bed type.The room was very good, as well as the restaurant and the food, and the terrace from the reataurant is very beautiful, with lots of flowers and mountain view. We had a great time to this hotel and highly recommend it.

A wonderful stay that truly deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was easy and comfortable, and I didn’t face any difficulties during my stay. The reception staff were absolutely amazing—very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The view of Tianmen Mountain and Heaven’s Gate is beautiful, and the location is excellent, very close to the station for going up Tianmen Mountain. It’s also conveniently close to halal restaurants, which was a big plus for me. A great experience in terms of location, service, and views. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit. 🌟

Good service. Very nice breakfast. We could not use the pool, it needed to be cleaned. They cleaned the last day. Rooms are modern. Beautiful views!

Very good hotel, very convenient for local activities which can be booked at the reception. Clean and there is a nice view of Tianmen mountain. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only thing I would recommend is to add more fruits and juices to the breakfast options. But that's my take, maybe other don't mind.

Honestly this hotel in the pictures deceived us. It was really nothing like a castle. The only great parts of this hotel was the location being close to tianmen mountain. The hygiene of this hotel was not good at all, the first room they gave us the bathtub was leaking, which they gave us a new room. But the hygiene was not good, it's pretty old and outdated. The restaurant service for dinner was great! But it was too hot that we couldn't even sit in that restaurant any longer than 30 minutes. The swimming pool and play area for kids had mold on the ceiling which is dangerous for small babies as I had. So she could not play in that play area. The parking is also very tight and congested and the entrance to the hotel is very inconvenient. The elevator also had a bad smoke odor from people smoking inside it.
