We had a great stay stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. This property is located conveniently across the street from the Tianmen Mountain cable car.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. When we needed items like luggage racks and robe brought to the room, they arrived promptly. The rooms were spacious and with great toiletries.
The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful with multiple options in Chinese and some western.
Wu Lee Ping made our stay memorable.

Our experience was amazing! The location of the hotel is perfect…just 2 minutes away from the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car and the hotel provided us with absolutely everything we needed.
We had an issue with our Didi app, and the staff were all incredibly dedicated to helping us solve it (and we did!). I have to mention that 小倩同志 (Xiaoqian) made our experience even better. We added each other on WeChat, and she constantly checked in with us to offer help and recommend facilities. She even saved a portion of bean soup for us in advance, and after our long trip, she informed us about the free foot bath service. 🥹❤️

Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties. Room was clean. You can store your luggage for free after checking out. Location was very close to Cablecar entrance. There are a lot of food nearby hotel but should take a Didi to the local shopping and food area

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was amazing the rooms the breakfast and espciallu the location is nexts to lots of resturants and stores and lot of halal resturants because we are muslim so we loved it . I reccomend you come here especailly if you are muslim.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight — especially after our previous experience elsewhere!
From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with a cup of tea, gave our child some small toys as a gift, and even upgraded our room, taking into account our request for a higher floor. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very convenient.
The room had everything we needed for a comfortable rest after long days of hiking in the mountains. A special thank you to Xiaoyi, the lovely lady who welcomed us — she was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is perfect — the Tianmen Mountain cable car station is just outside the hotel, the 72 Wonders Tower show is only about 9 minutes away by taxi, and the train station can also be reached quickly.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended! 🌿

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is super clean and bed is really comfortable enabling me to have a great night rest. Not only that, this hotel is strategically located right opposite to Tianmen Mountain and just a short distance walk which is so convenient. Lastly, I really appreciate the friendliness of all staff with special thanks to 杨浩 attending to me when checked. The other staff is also helpful when i seek help for an app issue and direction. Definitely recommending this hotel to my friends! Thank you so much!
