Great location. You can use a washing machine for 20 yuan. The room is clean and nice . Booking tickets with the hotel is only interesting if you want to use multiple cable car in park otherwise you can book through trip.

A clean, functional, and well-located hotel. The hotel offers very competitive rates for the Zhangjiajie Forest Park, whose entrance is a 20-minute walk away. There are several small restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable.

we had other plans but it wasn’t possible anymore so we changed it as we had short days in zhangjiajie, they recommend us to go to the zhangjiajie grand canyon and it was amazing. Service is great, they’re really friendly and helped us one thing about our stay was that there were a few hairs on the wall in the bathroom the first day that we came in but that’s all

Stayed here for my Zhangjiajie trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was spotlessly clean with comfy solid wood decor that creates a cozy, restful vibe for deep sleep after long days sightseeing. The inn enjoys a fantastic location close to scenic spots, making travel super convenient. Staff offered warm, attentive service throughout my stay, and all in-room amenities worked perfectly. Would highly recommend to solo travelers visiting Zhangjiajie, I’d love to book again on my next trip!

The room is fine so big I got two twin bed but the thing is the 3 nights and 4 days of my stayed there they never clean and fold my bed or changed my towels I was like is it normal or what like I been in every hotel only this hotel who don’t clean or give me new towels but the stuff is helpful about the taxis . That’s it that’s the only thing I can complain about.location is good near in the tourist spot areas near the restaurants easy to find .

Clean and comfortable room and great hosts who will help you with any organisation you need. I also liked that the room was only cleaned on request- better for environment and your privacy. The location is good in that it is on a street with good cheap local food and businesses, however it is a 25min walk to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. The walk is pleasant along the river and past a park where I saw groups dancing. But at the end of a day of hiking you might want to get a didi back. It is also a 20min walk to the bus stop and a short walk to the more touristy restaurants on the river (the last pic is from the street).

Family owned hotel, front desk is very helpful and will help you plan your routes in the National Forest Park if needed, ticket booking for various attractions and shows arr available as well with slight discount, would recommend staying here if visiting!
