Zhangjiajie Ziyan Ningxiang Chinese Inn

The location is only 5 minutes from the park entrance. The staff is very kind and helpful and they made us feel welcomed and helped us plan our trip to the park

Five star rating in all categories. The stuff is extremely helpful for planning your trip into the nationalparks. I strongly recommend to follow and trust in their suggestions. The location and atmosphere of the hotel is perfect for exploring the parks.

It was a beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was also excellent.

Great location, easy walk to the gate. Staff are great. Lots of local restaurants and shops close by

The highlight definitely was the front desk team. We arrived with no entrance tickets, no cable car tickets and no plan for our time in Zhangjiajie National Park. The front desk attendant sat down with us for a good 15min mapping out the best route for our time available whitin the park. Answered all our questions, got us all the necessary passes and even was able to accommodate us one more night when we decided to change our plans at the last minute and do 2 days in the park instead of 1. Would definitely come back!

Hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious and the lady at reception was kind enough to help us plan out & book our two days there

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Zhangjiajie Ziyan Hotel We had a wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie Ziyan Hotel. The hotel has a charming ancient atmosphere, with beautiful wooden design elements that give the place a unique and traditional feel. At the same time, it offers modern facilities, including an elevator and comfortable rooms. The reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with purchasing tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon. Their support made planning our visits much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie Ziyan Hotel. The combination of its traditional atmosphere, comfortable facilities and friendly service made our trip very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you are visiting Zhangjiajie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect hotel to visit the Zhangjiajie forest park. The traditional style of the room was so cozy and full of character, and being just minutes from the park entrance made beating the morning crowds totally effortless. Best of all, the host was incredible taking the time to map out the best hiking routes so we could get the absolute most out of our time in the park.

The location of the hotel is very wonderful, 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the national park. The manager is very friendly and helps with any questions you may have. I was also given a delicious cold watermelon as a complimentary gift upon check-in since it was very hot outside. The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in the room; otherwise, the hotel met my needs perfectly.
