The room is absolutely incredible. The views of Tianmen mountain are stunning and the best thing about the hotel is the service they provide. I went here alone for 2 days and I can say the service here was better than other 5star hotels. Just AMAZING!

I stayed here for four nights and had a really good experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had a nice view of the mountains and the city. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and the room was quiet, so I slept really well. The location is also very good. There is a shopping mall nearby if you need anything, and public transportation is easy to reach. Getting a DiDi was also easy, and the travel time and price were reasonable. The best part of my stay was the staff. The three ladies working there were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped me order food from delivery apps and even changed my room for free to make it more suitable for me. They also gave me good suggestions for my travel plans and helped me choose the best time to visit places, which was really useful. For the price, I think the hotel offers very good value. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are traveling solo. Thank you to the staff for making my stay comfortable.

Absolute gem! Rooms are clean and spacious, LOTS of food options around, not far from the main attractions and the best part is by far the staff. The ladies are such sweethearts and very helpful. I really wish I could have stayed longer... Also, they have some costumes in the reception and allowed me to take some pictures which was super fun
