We had an amazing 4-night stay here. The room was very clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos—beautiful and comfortable in every way. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, which made our trip so convenient.
What impressed us the most was the host’s hospitality. They were extremely kind and helpful—assisting us with purchasing tickets and giving clear guidance on how to get to all the attractions. It really made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable.
If I could, I would rate this place 100 out of 10. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

Pretty nice place for families to stay. It has access to restaurants nearby. The owner was proactive is helping us planning our itinerary and receiving us. Will definitely recommend to others

The place is strategic, the price is cheap and the place always provide useful information (very worth it) will definitely go back to this hotel when i came back to this city

The homestay has excellent location, including a lot local restaurant nearby and small shops to buy all necessities. The room is nice and clean, where it is equipped with a washing machine.
If you plan to visit Tianmen mountain, this is perfect spot as this is very close to the entrance area to the cable car entrance.
The host of this homestay is also very nice, providing help of storing our luggage and transportation to different scenic spots. We arrived by high speed train at the west station, where the host picked us up.
It is very convenient and nice place if you want to stay in central area in Zhangjiajie.

The property was in a perfect location with lots to do immediately downstairs. Lots of restaurants and bars walking distance with many people welcoming and helping. The host answered all questions before I even asked and provided instructions clearly. She made everything easy for us and helped us even with my language barrier.

location is not bad. the staff were nice in guiding and helping me to book the attraction location. right below there is a food street at night after 10pm.

Satisfying. Apartment is so clean and comfortable, also located near markets, restaurants and bus stop. Take a taxi to apartment from main rail station is around 10 RMB. Best location. Host is so helpful, she explained everything that I asked didn’t bother. It has daily cleaning and luggage storage services. Room and kitchen facilities are lot but main bathroom smells bad.
