Great location, short walk to the east gate of the park, lots of food options for any budget, bus station nearby too. The staff is engaging and helpful, they happily help with anything. Rooms are clean and well equipped, nothing really to complain about. Great experience overall :)

I don't like giving bad reviews but I really would advise people to think twice before booking here. Pros: great location right next to the park entrance, lots of food nearby, and if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, you can definitely get by here. Cons: terrible hygiene, the washroom was a bit dirty, the building as a whole was old and quite rundown. There was a bug in my bed and when I asked to switch rooms, firstly it took a really long time to reach someone at the front desk at night, and secondly they didn't let me change rooms because they said it was hard to say what rooms might not have bugs in them. Well, I was quite confused by that response so I stayed that first night but changed hotels after that. I will give them credit for refunding my stay after I explained my experience. I would say this is more like a one-star hotel, so if you temper expectations it's definitely still stayable!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just around 10 to Wulingyuan gate to the mountains of Zhangjiajie. Near there is a street filled with stands of different food, there are restaurants all over the place. The staff was also helpful, they gave us an explanation of how to see the mountains and the main spots

Really friendly people who explained everything about the park and which routes to take. The location is perfect a few minutes walking from the gate and in the evening there is a nice food market in front of the hotel

The hotel stay at good location close to entrace east gate National Forest Park and had welcome fruits. There are many restaurants nearby, complete facilities. The staff front desk is very friendly, help us to book tickets cheaper and gave a map to explain how to travel in Wulingyuan Scenic Area for one day.

Lovely hotel. Really cheap but it has everything you need for a stay. It’s walking distance from the entrance of the Avatar Mountains. Everything was perfect!
