Xianglai Inn (Zhangjiajie High Speed Railway West Station Branch) Reviews

I Stayed only one night. It’s a pretty new place with basic but clean interiors. Two big issues, though: the toilet is just a hole (no seat), and the mattress is rock‑hard—basically like sleeping on the floor. 😅

Great location, host is very friendly and the rooms are cozy, well equipped and clean.

Clean and flooring looks just renovated. Surrounding are few shops selling buffet and quite cheap for dinner.

The owner and his wife were really helpful and the room was clean. They helped us organising our trip and finding a good restaurant. All in all a pleasant experience. You have to expect a squat toilet like in the pictures, but for us it wasn't a problem.

We got in early in the morning before our check in time and the hotel was still willing to pick us up from the train station. They even gave us a different room so that we could check in early. The room was clean and warm. The staff was very welcoming and helped us get to the bus station too. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Great place to stay! Very nice room. The owners are so so lovely. Foreigner friendly. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The owner give me ride to station for free. Thanks. Recommended!!!!

Great hotel close to west railway station

Not bad. Price for money.

All in all, very pleasant. However, there's no elevator, although the staff kindly helped carry our luggage upstairs. The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, and the water got cold a bit too quickly, meaning we had to wait a while before we could shower with warm water again. There were also only two small towels provided, so we used our own. He also drove us to the train station at 6:30 a.m. He's very kind and friendly.

The boss and his wife not only have very good service smiles, but the hotel is also very clean. It is close to the high-speed rail station and the boss also picks you up at the station. I am very satisfied with the hotel and there is no reason not to give a good review. Next time I go there, I will definitely choose here again

This inn is really good! First of all, its location is very convenient, not far from the scenic spots and the city, and very close to Zhangjiajie West Station, so it is very convenient to travel. Secondly, the room is simple and comfortable. Although there is no excessive luxury decoration, it makes people feel very warm, just like returning home. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on, and I slept until dawn, which gave me a full rest. The boss is very warm and hospitable. If you need anything, you can tell the boss directly. He not only introduced the surrounding attractions and food in detail, but also gave us some travel suggestions so that we can enjoy this trip better. In general, I am very satisfied with this stay, the price is very reasonable, and the cost performance is very high. If you also want to come here to play, you might as well consider this inn. I believe you will like it too!

The room is clean and tidy, the boss is warm and thoughtful, and it is close to the high-speed rail station. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the station. 👍

The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding and sheets are all new, the hand basin and toilet in the bathroom are clean as new, and the stay is very warm. The boss is very nice and straightforward. He personally picked me up and dropped me off at the station. When I went out for a tour, the boss gave me a tourist map of Zhangjiajie and personally sent me to the tourist bus station. I like the boss 👍👍👍, I will stay here again next time I come to Zhangjiajie, and I recommend all travel friends to stay at Xianglai Inn.
