Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan District Hotels

It is a nice hotel to stay if you want to visit the park, we were very satisfied with the rooms, but we’re not happy that in canteen was freezing cold. For breakfast or dinner we needed to wear winter jackets, it’s not very nice in 5 starts hotel 🤪 Swimming pool was also very cold, we wanted to swim but couldn’t. In the gym the temperature was 11 degrees 😅 I understand that it is winter, but don’t think it’s an excuse for the 5 stars hotel.

Great location, around 10mins walk from Zhangjiajie Forest Park. You can find local cuisines nearby. The host was super nice and helpful, he made a handmade map and booked us tickets with discounts. The room was clean and has a big windows. Overall great experience :) will come again fosho

Great place to stay if you are visiting Zhangjiajie Park. A bit far from the entrance of the park but you can take the bus or a taxi. Many stores and restaurants arround it. The room was very clean, nice, and was organized every day. They provided water, towels, sleepers and toiletries. The pool was great for a bit of relax after a day of walking arround. Breakfast was mainly chinese food. Service was very good, always willing to help getting arround town, and also upgraded my room for free. The hotel also had a free washing machine to use and a place to hang clothes to dry.

Everything was awesome and even better than expected. -The young couple managing this place is very carying for the hosts and enthsuiastics to serve. As soon as we arrived they gave us a map and sat down to explain us the best itinerary to take, and what was not a priority to visit based on our time (we had a single day to visit the park). This was very helpful to us. This day chinese citizens had special discount for the park entrance and they kindly used their accounts to make us beneficiate their discounts - Delicious breakfast in the morning hand made. They also have dinner. There is also a main road at 1min walking with a bunch of good restaurant and street food. - The park is at 10min with Didi from the Hotel - Hotel very clean and cosy. Living room with many places to chill or eat breakfast/dinner. With a few table in the backyard oustide as well - Rooms are perfectly clean and fonctional. Bed is very comfy. Big plus is a window that takes an entire wall size with the view to the mountains! - They provided us with a Taxi less expensive than the one we took to come to the place. Everything was really amazing, one of my best stay in a hotel. Thanks to this lovely family!

The room is very clean and Butler Hu is very enthusiastic. The environment both indoors and outdoors is very good. It’s a small scenic spot. It’s obvious that the boss is attentive. I originally wanted to stay for one day but was not satisfied and wanted to move to another place the next day. I moved in and decided to continue. They were very considerate and helped me park the car, help me plan the route, and also helped me buy tickets for various attractions. It was convenient not to mention that there were discounts. I will book here next time I bring my mother to Zhangjiajie. I didn’t. If you want to take pictures, I’m really satisfied with this place. Ignore the mess I made in the room.

Clean and cozy hotel, very near to zhanjiajie national forest main entrance. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very helpful and service is very good. We loved people of zhangjiajie!

The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the east gate of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. Your car can park directly at the hotel. The receptionist Xiaocui has a good service attitude and proactively informs the hotel of relevant information and precautions.

The room is very clean, comparable to other hotels in the same period, but the price is more affordable. The room is also very complete with various small equipment, such as basic toiletries, hair dryers and sewing boxes, which is very considerate. The hot water in the room is also very powerful in winter, and there is no problem of the water suddenly getting cold in the middle. It is basically hot to the bottom throughout. The room air conditioner can heat and the effect is good. However, there are no disposable slippers in the room, only ordinary plastic slippers. Friends who are more concerned about this can pick up a pair of disposable slippers from other hotels in advance. The B&B will provide breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning.
