Best Pet friendly Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Would recommend this place. This place is great value for money. Good location if you want somewhere calm and tranquil; having travelled around China to the big cities, I needed this more secluded stay. I could not fault the service. I arrived early and they offered me breakfast which was so lovely of them. The food is more home style cooking, simple but decent. The staff were incredibly helpful. I had a fever on my first night and they took good care of me. Kevin especially was very hospitable. Thank you!

Amazing hotel and unmatchable views! Food and location was great! Staff is very kind, sweet and helpful. Room was amazing! They upgraded us and gave us basically a house! If you are looking to visit the park and enjoy the hotel this is your place. It is secluded so don't go if you are looking to hang out outside in a proper town etc. I am vegetarian so I wish there were more clear veggie options as I know Chinese food has but they went out of their way to help me. I also wish there was a menu in English and a clear vegetarian menu so it was just easy to order food rather than trying to overlap one phone with the other to translate (Google translate) 😂. Also for us this is the best entrance and the hotel is literally 5 minutes driving from it. They take you every morning in a golf car and it is just magical. Visiting this park and having this view every morning when waking up it made this trip totally worth it.

We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The B&B is located at the west gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, very quiet. The room has a mountain view. The housekeeper provides full tracking service, which is very considerate. Every time you enter or leave the park through the west gate, you will be picked up by car. Two dogs, Duoduo and Zhaocai, often accompany guests, which is very healing. The B&B is decorated in a simple and elegant style, the interior is clean, the bedding is high-end, and it is said that there is floor heating. I hope to come again in winter~

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled as a solo female on a last-minute whim with little to no Chinese language skills. Not only was I greeted warmly, but the staff were exceptionally nice. They helped me book a day trip to Zhangjiajie, including transport. They made a great effort in solving my problems and ensuring I was okay. They even made sure I ate and helped me with ordering food, accommodating my dietary requirements by translating and selecting suitable meals. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved how everything was automatic, including the curtains. They even had one of those bidet/automatic toilets. The hotel is super close to Tianmen Mountain, allowing me to visit early in the morning and still have time to go to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge. It is also close to the 72 Wonders Tower (72 Qilou). On my first night, I couldn’t figure out how to get Didi working, and one of the staff booked it for me. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

Our stay was mostly for being in Zhangjiajie city and visiting the Tianmen mountain. I choose this hostel because of customer rate on the app, swimming pool and room. I took the largest room at the top floor. It was nice and spacy, but we saw the other rooms and I can tell all looks good. If I have to choose again, I might choose a cheaper one. The pool was suffering of heat and not super clean when we arrived, but the owner understood very fast and changed all the water that was very clean the next day. The attention of the owner to all our needs was very friendly, helpful and nice. And he speaks English. Breakfast is Chinese style, but the cook can adapt and serve you what you desire. The position of the hotel is not central, but in a quiet place and close access to Tianmen mountain. I still think it’s the best option in Zhangjiajie.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very pleasant I will definitely come back again . The room was clean and the staff helped me plan my itinerary . The gentlemen host could speak English well and was able to cater to all my needs . The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus station and it’s convenient to walk there . I enjoyed my stay !

The hotel has complete facilities, the bathroom is large and equipped with a bathtub. The water is also very good, but there are a lot of small advertisements. I brought my child with me and he asked me what it was, which was embarrassing.

The inn and all the girls working there are just amazing. If you read this, don’t hesitate-this is your absolutely perfect stay. Tastefully designed,fresh,clean,spacious,comfortable.Street food, restaurants (Chinese cuisine), convenience stores etc. a stone’s throw away. Thank you very much for our unforgettable days with you,it wouldn’t be the same without your assistance and support. It’s a pity we continue our travel and the inn doesn’t go with us🤣 all our thanks and love to you!

Wonderful host who went above and beyond. Fetched us from the airport and drove us to Tianmen mountain cable car, then collected us again to go to the hotel. Stayed in the panoramic suite. Very nice room. We didn’t eat at the restaurant at the hotel but it’s very well located to other places in the city. And very close to the airport and Tianmen mountain cable car.
