Hotels near Tianmenshan National Forest Park (North Gate) in Zhangjiajie

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu. There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for visiting Tianmen Mountain as the cable car is only a 5min walk. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They also spoke English, which we really appreciated.

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

After checking in, everyone will be given a special map of the scenic spot, and he will tell you in detail how to visit the scenic spot and how to take the route. I deliberately pretended to be a novice to test whether the boss was cheating me. The actual test proved that the boss was indeed a real person. On the first floor, everyone can warm up by the fire and drink free cold-repelling ginger tea. By the way, I would like to share with you a little tip for choosing a reliable B&B. I will specifically look for owners who quarrel with users who leave negative reviews in B&B reviews, especially those who leave negative reviews with just one line of words. The boss gives There are dozens of well-founded reasons, and the response to each negative review is different. It is obvious to the naked eye that this kind of boss cares about the store he runs. The chance of being wronged is relatively small, so he can rush. ② Nice room, delicious food Because we went in the off-season, the entire inn was very quiet at night and not too noisy, which ensured a good night's sleep. The room is very clean, comparable to other hotels in the same period, but the price is more affordable. The room is also very complete with various small equipment, such as basic toiletries, hair dryers and sewing boxes, which is very considerate. The hot water in the room is also very powerful in winter, and there is no problem of the water suddenly getting cold in the middle. It is basically hot to the bottom throughout. The room air conditioner can heat and the effect is good. However, there are no disposable slippers in the room, only ordinary plastic slippers. Friends who are more concerned about this can pick up a pair of disposable slippers from other hotels in advance. The B&B will provide breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning. I recommend rice noodles (because I only ate rice noodles), with prunes, pickled beans, chili and eggs. A bowl of it is delicious and warm, and then you can go hiking with energy. At 5:30 in the evening, the boss will cook firewood rice on the top floor of the B&B. It is very fragrant. Friends who like Xiangxi bacon should not miss it.

Really nice hotel conveniently located near the railway station (not the high speed station though). It’s a 3min Didi from the Cableway to Tian men mountain, around 6-10 cny. It’s a 16-20min Didi from high speed station, around 18-30 cny. They upgraded our room for free and it was quite spacious and modern. Breakfast had several options, mostly Chinese and some pastries; it included a soup with noodles that is done on the spot. Staff was nice, able to answer all of our questions despite language barrier. There’s a washing machine and dryer free to use. The best part was the 2:00pm late check out which allowed us to spend our time without hurries in Tianmen mountain (be prepared for crowds). They also accepted to store our luggage for 3 nights while we go to Wuling. So a really nice option all around, no wonder it’s classified as one of the best hotels around the area in trip.com.

Best value accommodation at ZJJ. Er jie's service was impeccable. She helped us booked transport and entrance tickets, planned our entire itinerary throughout our 3 days and provided amazing food recommendations. If you're looking to get tickets, do reach out to her as she can get a better price for you. We wished that the toilet had more privacy though as it is only covered by frosted glass.

Great location, around 10mins walk from Zhangjiajie Forest Park. You can find local cuisines nearby. The host was super nice and helpful, he made a handmade map and booked us tickets with discounts. The room was clean and has a big windows. Overall great experience :) will come again fosho

I stayed during the Christmas holidays 🎄 with my family (also got Christmas gifts 🎁 😃). This hotel is very near to the Wujiauyu ticket office (around 1km). The hotel staff is really helpful in giving tips for travel around scenic areas and few of them speak English well. I stayed with my family and they upgraded my room for free. 😃 You can also get a discount ticket from the hotel for the Charming Xiangxi show, which is just adjacent to the hotel. If you got tiered roaming in the scenic area you can also try foot massage. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, this hotel will be my first choice.

A photo of ** hit and chose the tent hotel. This is a place especially suitable for drinking tea and thinking about life. If you meet the sky, the scenery is worth millions. Seeing the cloud sea in the morning ☁️ Seeing the Milky Way in the evening 🌌 It should be said that luck or misfortune. I stayed for three days, raining every day, lying in the tent to listen to the rain, sleep became particularly good, hair lost less. It is also beautiful in rain, every trip is an adventure.

The receptionists are friendly and the communication is effective . Manage to get The Grand Canyon tickets from them at a better rate than the official website . They even upgraded our room . The room itself is well kept and clean . Room facilities are also in good condition . Location of the hotel is really good . We can walk to the East gate of the National forest and even driving to Grand Canyon is only about 40 min. Also accessible to most of the restaurants . Is basically all walking distance . The only thing that could work on a a little is probably the breakfast . Options can be a little bit more . Overall I would recommend friends and family to stay if they are visiting the Wu ling Yuan area .
