Thaiwoo Town Nanshanli Hotel

The room directly overlooks Zipline No. 9 and the ski slope, offering fantastic views. Even my parents could watch the kids skiing from the room. A big thank you to the front desk for the complimentary tickets to the Taiwoo Night show. It was the last performance of the winter season, and even though we only caught the end of it, it was spectacular and definitely made us want to come back for the full show next year. They also granted us a late check-out on Sunday, which was a very warm and thoughtful service. The breakfast, however, could be more refined. While there seemed to be a good variety, nothing was particularly appetizing. I hope the hotel can put more effort into improving the breakfast offerings.

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!
