Such a comfortable room! You can open the window and watch people skiing on the slopes, which is really therapeutic. The room itself is clean and spacious, perfect for a family. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

This was my first time visiting, and I encountered several issues. First, despite the high price, the hotel offered poor value for money due to its inconvenience. For skiing, among the 4-star hotels in Thaiwoo, AB is the most inconvenient, especially if you're staying in Tower A, as the lobby and breakfast area are in Tower B. What's more, AB doesn't have its own ski locker room, unlike Nanshanli and Pasten. Instead, guests use Nanshanli's ski locker room, which requires going down to the underground parking garage and walking quite a distance. Hauling skis and gear with kids in a busy underground garage is not only exhausting but also unsafe. Given this inconvenience, the price for a ski-in/ski-out reservation for the same room type is even higher than Pasten next door, making it extremely poor value. Second, the signage and directions are unclear, leaving first-time visitors disoriented. The ski locker room at Nanshanli is directly accessible by elevator from Tower D, but not from Tower C. However, after the signs point towards the CD towers, there's no further indication of which way to go for the ski locker room – C or D. As a ski hotel, there should be clear instructions and information about the gondola locations and their operating status relative to the hotel. Instead, guests are left to figure everything out on their own. On my first visit, I skied to Gondola 4, only to find it closed. I had to carry my skis and walk back to the Nanshanli ski locker room in ski boots to return my gear. I later found out there's a shuttle service between hotels, but this was never mentioned during check-in. Third, the service is lacking, and the room temperature is low. For a 4-star hotel, the front desk was unreachable after 10 PM. Although the hotel claimed to have floor heating, I didn't feel any warmth from the floor, and the room temperature was not high, getting particularly cold in the mornings. In summary, this hotel gives off an 'I don't care if you come or not, I'll just take your money and you can figure everything else out' vibe. I really can't bring myself to like it.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Manager Qin for this stay. Her service was incredibly attentive and professional, and she was genuinely sincere and patient with everyone. Whether it was for check-in or any subsequent requests, she was always quick to respond and handled everything perfectly. She really goes above and beyond for guests, making everyone feel so welcome and secure. Having such a dedicated and responsible manager truly made a big difference!

✅ Ski-in/Ski-out: So convenient to hit the slopes right from the hotel! ✅ Ski Gear Service: Storage and drying, truly a hands-free experience. ✅ Après-ski: A hot bath followed by a delicious meal – simply perfect! The service is warm and welcoming, the atmosphere cozy, and the room toasty warm. Highly recommend to all ski enthusiasts! 🏂❄️ The service attitude is exceptionally good!

Special shout-out to Xiao Xu for being so enthusiastic, patient, and helpful with all our issues. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The firework show (datiehua) offered by the hotel was fantastic! I've stayed here several times now and will definitely be back next year. Hope there are some discounts for loyal customers!

The two-bedroom unit was perfect for a family of four. The pillows could be more comfortable. It would be great if the fridge had complimentary drinks, and the kitchen could benefit from having some cutlery and cookware. The washer-dryer combo was incredibly useful.

My stay at Thaiwoo was fantastic this time. Not only was my room upgraded, but thanks to Xiao Yun's recommendations, I also discovered many delightful surprises, including Thaiwoo Night, ski passes, and even movies. I had already purchased tickets for Thaiwoo Night, so that was a great bonus! When I checked out, I accidentally left my watch in the room, and Xiao Yun went above and beyond by helping me mail it back to Beijing. Absolutely five-star service!

Environment: The room's balcony faces the Thaiwoo ski slopes, and waking up to that view every day is incredibly therapeutic. The hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from the ski rental hall, which is quite convenient for ski enthusiasts. However, it would be even better if there was an internal passage leading directly there. Cleanliness: This is a pet-friendly hotel, yet the cleanliness was still excellent. There were no strange odors, and everything was spotless, with the exception of slightly low water pressure in the shower. Service: The service was exceptional. The front desk staff were always accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any requests. When checking in, guests receive complimentary movie or hot spring tickets, and the front desk is happy to assist with reservations. Facilities: The hotel has a few on-site restaurants, which are perfect if the weather is too cold to venture out – they meet all basic needs. Personally, I think it would be even more convenient if the hotel had its own hot springs or more public facilities in the lobby.

During the Chinese New Year, the amenities here were excellent. A special thanks to Supervisor Qin for her thoughtful care throughout our stay. Her service was meticulous, professional, and reliable. She proactively helped us with all our issues, always with a kind and responsible attitude. We truly felt her dedication and warmth. Highly recommended!
