This hotel and resort is very suitable for families with children. We had absolutely zero skiing experience, but both the hotel staff and ski resort staff were extremely friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made the whole experience stress-free for beginners. We booked the ski + accommodation package, which included: • Breakfast for 2 • Lunch or dinner for 2 • Hot spring access for 2 • A photoshoot  (Unfortunately, the photoshoot slots were fully booked — highly recommend reserving early.) All the hotel staff were excellent — warm, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to our 管家小闫 who patiently explained the hotel facilities and surrounding area in great detail. Her service made us feel very well taken care of. The room smelled lovely the moment we walked in, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the cozy corner in the room where you can sit, relax, and do absolutely nothing — perfect for a getaway. The resort is not large, but it has everything you need. The dining options within the hotel are all very good, so there’s no need to go elsewhere for meals. For parents who don’t ski, spending an entire afternoon at Utopia Café is incredibly calming and therapeutic.

Nice little slope tuck away from the crowd, had great amenities such as a onsen. The food is great esp the breakfast from courtyard by Marriott. Extremely beginner friendly, good for parents and their kids
