It's a great hotel, service and dining were top-notch. The best part was being able to walk right out to the chairlift. All the staff were great, even though it was during CNY and busy. The rooms are nice but had some off quirks - really nowhere to sit (one chair in a family suite) and we never really figured out which light switches controlled what.

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Very good value place to stay

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

Perfect five star.

The room is consistent with the picture. The decoration style is simple and elegant. I like it very much. The various facilities are beautifully arranged. The hygiene is very clean. You can check in with confidence. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation effect is good. The service staff Huo Chenjia is enthusiastic and attentive. He answers all questions and is very warm. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel address is very convenient. You can get there directly after getting off the highway. Not many people check in this season because Chongli is still very cold! We ignored it when we came here for the first time. We suggest you come back after June. The cable car can go directly to the top of the mountain from the back door of the hotel. Line B is a small slide, but it is not open due to seasonal reasons. It's really a pity. We chose this hotel because there are not many people. Our whole family doesn't like to gather in groups. Before checking in, a special manager, Li Qianlan, contacted us and took the initiative to help us with the late check-out procedures. It's quite considerate. The hotel is not far from the county town and Fulong Town. It takes about 7-8 minutes by car. It is very convenient to eat and there are many choices. I want to come again in the summer.

This hotel is one we always wanted to stay in. We were reluctant to stay in the winter vacation during the snow season, so we finally stayed in it during the non-snow season. Let's talk about the room first. We booked a regular family room and upgraded to a superior family room (I think it's the name) for free. The room is big enough for a family of four to live in, and there is enough space for children to move around. There are one large and one small sink, and there are cartoon toys at the outlet of the small sink, which is very suitable for children (toothbrushes and other utensils are also children's). There is a round bathtub in the room. Thanks to the disposable bath bag, the children are very happy to soak in it. However, the heating is off in this season and the weather is not hot, so the soaking time is relatively short. My room does not feel cold, and the air conditioner is not turned on. This room is a snow view room in the snow season, and now it is a mountain view room with a good view. In summer, you can see the alpine slide (that is, the beginner's road). Let's talk about breakfast. Among the hotels in Chongli that slide in and out, this breakfast is still very good, with rich varieties and good taste. It takes into account both Chinese and Western, both north and south, and even has mutton soup. Finally, the hotel's service was very good, and there were welcome fruits. Although there were only one banana, one orange and one pear, they were very good. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance to bring my children here in the summer.

Wang Yanmei, Nan Yaping, and Li Jun are considerate, enthusiastic, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience is perfect. The details are handled in place, and must be praised with five stars! I am so lucky to meet them! The service is zero pressure throughout the whole process, questions are answered in seconds, and even small details are considered carefully. The five-star experience is worth recommending!

This stay was great! The room was spacious and clean, with complete supporting facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The most surprising thing was the rich variety of breakfast, with Chinese and Western food, which could fully meet the needs of different tastes. I especially want to praise the breakfast waiter Xiaomin, who was warm and thoughtful, helped me find a seat by the window, and took good care of the children's dining experience. The whole breakfast process was full of warmth. The back door of the hotel is the Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area, surrounded by parent-child parks and other recreational facilities, and the environment is pleasant. Next time I come to Chongli, I will definitely choose Yunzhen Hotel!
