Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and felt very secure. I loved being able to step right out of my private courtyard and go hiking. The three housekeepers were available 24/7 and resolved any issues incredibly quickly. I'll definitely be staying here again. Five-star rating!

The room and balcony are both big, which I really liked. However, there were too many flies everywhere. Unlike other hotels, this one isn't cleaned daily. Also, the shower head was leaking. I'd give it an 85. It's not crowded, comfortable, and quiet. There's no bottled water, so you need to bring your own. They do have direct drinking water, but I wasn't really comfortable drinking it.

Online check-in and check-out were super convenient. We came to Chongli for training over the weekend, and it was easy to get up the mountain to Genting. The balcony offered great mountain views, and the place was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and kitchen.

However, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and the staff failed to inform me of this beforehand. The butler service was excellent, and they upgraded our room. The apartment is right next to the ski slope, offering convenient ski-in/ski-out access. The beginner slope is also right there, making it the closest among several hotels – perfect for novices. You can take the #6 chairlift to the top, where there are many intermediate and advanced runs to enjoy.
