My impression of crown plaza resort was taken a back with the recent stay at this premise.
I’m not sure it was due to low season or toward the end of skiing season.
Other than enjoying the skiing experiences, I think a lot still can be improved.
1. Room is big but not practical especially no door despite bathtubs is there.
2. Toilet was at another Conner of the room.
3. Public toilet was terrible with smoking smell and stink. Not common for a good resort with such reputation.
4. Food was so so at the morning breakfast. Understandable if it is due to limited guess. But at least it can be change to a lar cart serving instead of buffet.

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza .
Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful.
The restaurant staff are really spot on too.
Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

I had the possibility to compare between holiday inn express and crown plaza
The higher price in comparison to Holiday Inn Express can be found in different case like room quality breakfast quality
One think can be improved when I stand on the balcony

There are not many reliable hotels in Chongli. This time we chose Crowne Plaza, which was a very good experience. Yaru, the front desk lady, looked very comfortable and told us a lot of details that were not easy to notice in advance, which was very considerate. We chose a loft room with double bathrooms, an office area, and a balcony rest area outside. The details of the arrangement of items reflect quality everywhere. The breakfast is rich in variety. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast standard has not been lowered at all. I am very satisfied.

The service of this hotel is really good in Chongli. Very professional too. Dora, the lady at the hotel, was very considerate and even added an electric heater for us because it was cold. The stay experience was very good. The room was nice too.

When traveling with pets, I was always worried about not being able to find a suitable place to stay. This hotel is so considerate that it allows pets to stay! The room was clean and the service was good. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will choose this hotel again when I need to travel in the future!
