The room facilities are very old, the hygiene is not in place, the bed sheets are old, the shower head is very poor, the water spray is not smooth, the external window soundproofing is not good, the sound of passing vehicles is very loud, and the soundproofing between rooms is not good, which disturbs sleep. Overall, the experience is not satisfactory. I hope to improve and provide guests with a better experience.

The front desk lady was very friendly and proactive in registering for free parking when checking in. The room was also very clean, towels and bath towels were all wrapped in disposable bags, and items were neatly arranged.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the pedestrian street. When I brought the elderly out, the front desk arranged a quiet room for me. The room was clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable staying here. The front desk service was in place. I will choose this hotel again next time.

It was my first time in Xuanhua, so I chose a chain hotel. The room was okay, with no cigarette smell. It's close to Gongji Tower and People's Park. There's free parking. The sink easily accumulates water, making clothes wet. The TV is old, with a poor signal and limited channels, and the clarity is unclear. Overall, it's a good stay.

帶孩子出來玩路過宣化，這裡是老城區，也是比較繁華的地段，這邊吃的也很多，賣什麼的都有，很全。交通方便

這次商務出差選的這家賓館太驚喜了！位置就在地鐵口，步行5分鐘就能到辦事地點，省去不少通勤時間。房間很乾凈，床單被罩沒有一絲異味，衞浴乾濕分離做得特別好，熱水秒出還穩定。前台小姐姐態度特別熱情，不僅幫我升級了高樓層房間，還主動提供了周邊打印店的位置。早餐種類不算多但很精緻，現煮的麪條和豆漿超暖胃。下次來這座城市，肯定還選這裏！

房間很乾凈，餐食很可口，服務熱情，前台小妹妹還會熱情的介紹宣化的名勝古蹟。體驗感很好，下次還會在來。

錦江之星一如既往的好！尤其是服務員非常熱情，下雨我被淋濕，一進門前台小姑娘就馬上遞過來紙巾，多謝🙏🙏🙏；進了停車場找不到酒店入口，打電話之後一位老師傅親自來接我們，還熱情地給我們介紹宣化哪些景點好，怎麼去方便，太感動了！
