Conveniently located at the entrance of town. The pool water is a pleasant 28 degrees Celsius, perfect for kids to swim in. Seems like a pet-friendly hotel; I saw guests with dogs in the elevator, and there's even a dedicated water station for dogs.

The room was spotless, no mosquitoes at all. The front desk even upgraded us to a mountain view! Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Parking was also excellent. Highly recommend! 👍👍 We extended our stay here because we were so pleased, and the front desk service was fantastic. 👍 We brought our dog along, and all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind to her. They even prepared a goodie bag, breakfast, and pet supplies for our dog, which was a really nice touch! We'll definitely choose this place again next time. 👍

I had a very satisfying trip, and this was my second time staying here. The service attitude is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the pedestrian street is right behind the hotel. For seniors and children who can't walk for long periods, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect.

Booked this hotel for the Dahon Folding Bike Race! It's right in the center of town, so super convenient for getting around. The room was reasonably clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too. It even had a fridge and a small kitchenette, though I didn't get to use them since I only stayed one night. The price was a bit high during the competition.

Staying at Element is definitely the top choice when visiting Thaiwoo, especially for families – it's incredibly kid-friendly! Vicky, who checked us in, was so patient. Seeing that we had a child, she kindly upgraded us for free to a room with a sofa bed, which was perfect for sleeping. The location is superb, right in the heart of the town center, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the cable car. After a fun day, it's so convenient to head straight back to the hotel to relax. This season is truly a great time to visit!

I recently stayed at Eliments in Thaiwoo, and it exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. - Location:The hotel is ideally situated in Thaiwoo village, just a short distance from the gondola. This makes it almost ski-in, ski-out, which is incredibly convenient for those eager to hit the slopes. - Ski Facilities: One of the standout features was the included locker room for ski equipment at the ski center. It allowed us to store our gear securely overnight, adding to the convenience of our stay. - Breakfast Options: While the breakfast leaned more towards a Chinese style, there were plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the new selection of noodles available this year, which they made fresh for you. It was a unique touch that enhanced the breakfast experience. Overall, Eliments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a ski getaway with excellent amenities and a great location. I would highly recommend it!

The room was spacious with two queen-sized beds and a microwave. Breakfast was decent, offering Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger) and instant noodles. It's quite close to the ski equipment hall, which is very convenient for skiing. The pool was also great!

Dislikes: 1. The mattress was so uncomfortable it gave me back pain, and there were no pillow options with different heights, which led to a stiff neck. 2. The room window insulation was poor, and the smell of cooking from the town's restaurants drifted into the room all night. 3. The pool didn't have a hot spring bath, so after a day of skiing, there was no way to soak and relax. Likes: 1. The room was quite spacious.

The hotel might be a bit older, so the facilities are showing some wear and tear, but the location and overall environment are still pretty good. Breakfast was standard fare, and the instant noodles on the shelf were a unique touch.
