Very satisfied with a stay, there is free ice cream in the lobby, the service is very warm. There is free parking on the ground and underground, and there are plenty of parking spaces. Parking on the ground has to go a little, the underground garage is more convenient, directly to the hall. Underground parking is necessary to enter the next area, call the waiter, the instructions are very clear. The room was clean and tidy, and the water was not enough to drink for free. 5 minutes walk is the city museum and library, and there are many places to eat around the hotel.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

剛進門就有服務人員過來幫忙提行李，還幫我開車門，熱情的我都有點不好意思了，房間挺好，還是智能的，主要是我出去以後還給我洗衣服。早晨還有奶茶，羊雜湯啥的，都是內蒙古的特色，沒想到還有健身器材。張家口唯一一家值得推薦的酒店🏨。

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English.
