We booked a room here for the day we arrived in Zhangye as we just wanted a basic accomodation to relax in the evening.
When booking I unfortunately didnt realize that I booked a room without AC (it was there but not connected), but that was our oversight. IF you are sensitive about sleeping with warm temperatures, this might not be the ideal place for you during summer, as the room was significantly warmer than the outside temperature at night.
Otherwise, everything was fine - easy to reach by taxi, great price, just the bed is on the harder side.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable, the location is very good however, the shower and the room temperature are a bit cold. The location of the hotel is also very convenient close to the city center

The accomodation is good for stopover for a night or two. It is a bit out of town, owners are friendly and basic amenities are provided. Will be good if the water pressure is bigger
