Zhangye Kapok Apartment

I've never stayed in such a terrible B&B! Room amenities: 1. No electric fan! I've never seen that before. 2. In a four-person room, there were only two towels, two toothbrushes, two pairs of slippers, and only one bath towel! The tissues were just leftovers from the previous guest! 3. No power sockets near the bed! 4. There's only one air conditioner in the corner downstairs, and the upstairs room is so hot you can't even stay there for a minute—you'll get heatstroke! 5. There's only one power switch at the door, so you have to turn off the lights before bed! Hygiene issues: The bathroom was terrible, and there were cigarette butts! Service attitude issues: The owner didn't reply to messages, saying he got off work at 8 o'clock! I never give a bad review, but for the owner's business attitude, I have to give a good review!

Terrible! Extremely terrible! Room: The hotel is apartment-style, with no elevator. Our room was a loft with a king-size bed. The bed was upstairs, and the air conditioner was downstairs. The room was incredibly large, making the upstairs incredibly hot and impossible to sleep in. We slept on the ground floor. Amenities: No slippers! Toothbrushes were missing! Luckily, we had some leftover from our previous hotel. The disposable face towels were of terrible quality, leaving flakes all over our faces. There wasn't even a bath towel! The disposable toothbrush cup was placed directly next to the filthy sink. Amenities: No hair dryer! The showerhead couldn't be adjusted for temperature, and the water was incredibly hot! I guess they meant we shouldn't wash our hair or shower after we checked in... Service: The hotel asked us what time we would arrive. I said a little after 9:00, and they said they were off duty by then... We arrived a little after 8:00, but we still didn't see the front desk. They asked for my ID, but I didn't send it to them because I was on the way. They asked for it again, and I immediately replied that there were no toothbrushes, slippers, or hair dryers. They didn't reply, not even asking for my ID... Summary: Terrible! Extremely bad! Everyone must avoid it, it is not worth living here, the security is also very poor, the door opened and there were two big men standing in the corridor asking where our boss was, he wanted to book a room, it was really scary!!!
