We like the hotel. The location is very close to the high-speed train station. Despite not in downtown, it takes only 10 minutes to downtown by taxi with hotel concierge taxi call. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel manager, Lutong, was super helpful and polite. He efficiently managed to contact the hotel in Dunhaung where we forgot something, to send it to the next hotel in Lanzhou where we will visit again in next 7 days. We really appreciate his services by heart, despite being very busy.

The room condition and price (200+) are quite satisfactory, and the price/performance ratio is good. The central air conditioning seems to only have cold air. It's still cold after being turned on for half a day. Fortunately, winter is not here yet, so we don't have to turn it on. The hotel's location is suitable for self-driving, and there is free parking at the door. However, the laundry room was disappointing and a bit shabby.

The service was very poor. Because we arrived late, the car could only park in the undeveloped muddy area behind the hotel. The security guard looked too far away and there were many things, so he asked us to enter through the back door. A short-haired woman at the front desk came up and scolded us. We shouldn't enter through the back door, we must enter through the front door. After talking about the guests, we went to the security guard and said, if the back of your parking lot is big enough, who would be willing to park at the back door.
