The hotel is great, and the location is excellent. We've been here for two nights now, and the front desk staff have all been very polite and provided excellent service. We're very satisfied with our stay, and they even deliver takeout right to the room. The only minor inconvenience is having to scan our parking ticket every time we leave, I hope the hotel can improve that.

The front desk staff who checked me in was very enthusiastic. The gym and pool on the third floor are great and I had a really good experience. Among the luxury hotels in Zhangzhou, this Crown Plaza offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it. The lobby is grand and well-maintained, you wouldn't guess the hotel has been open for twelve years. The hotel is also located in a quiet area.

The service quality is very high; the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was very enthusiastic. She helped us with check-in and resolved all issues we encountered during our stay, for which we are very grateful. The room was clean and tidy, with new decor, reliable Wi-Fi, and a great overall aesthetic with attention to detail.
