Communication seems to be difficult: I asked her to get a power card but she couldn't give me one. When I asked her about the check-out time, she was very rigid and said that the hotel stipulates 12:00. I told her that the time I booked on Ctrip stated that the latest time was 14:00. It feels like the service staff is scheming and has poor service awareness, which naturally makes the hotel experience uncomfortable.
