Grand New Century Hotel Zhangzhou

Very satisfied with my stay! The front desk even upgraded my room. The facilities are new, clean, and have a bit of a classic, old-money Chinese aesthetic. The view is also great. Highly recommended. However, the air conditioning had a musty smell, which I hope can be improved.

The hotel is brand new and the service is incredibly thoughtful. It's super convenient as it's right next to Wanda Plaza. The scenery is lovely, and the greenery is excellent. After breakfast, we took a walk outside the hotel and saw so many beautiful flowers, which made the kids very happy.

The bedding was clean and neatly made, and the bathroom was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The shower and toilet area were separated, and hot water came on instantly. The facilities were well-equipped and quite new, the internet was fast, and the staff were polite and professional. Xiao Yan at the front desk was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it was excellent.

The hotel pool is great with a nice view. The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors. For this price point in the city center, getting this quality is excellent value for money.

The Sanbao Hotel is located in a central, east-west facing position, and its condition is good with excellent facilities, having only recently opened. Environment: There's a Wanda Plaza nearby, which is a great amenity, although I couldn't find a suitable place to eat after looking around. However, there are at least a few hotel restaurants available for guests to choose from. Facilities: Being a relatively new hotel, the facilities are quite good.

The hotel's facilities are undoubtedly impressive and grand. However, I have to complain about the service. I accidentally left a cleaning cloth in the room, and when I returned, there was a note in the room, which felt very offensive and unprofessional. Also, at breakfast, I heard the sound of stainless steel cutlery falling. When I looked, the butter had completely fallen on the floor. The staff didn't even pretend to do anything; they just picked it up and put it back without even washing it. Is this the standard of service and training for Kaiyuan's management now?

The hotel has a super stylish ambiance, and the rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant way. The cleanliness is impeccable, making it perfect for photos. Clara provided gentle and professional service, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym, plus free underground parking. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. I've already recommended it to my friends!

It was okay, spacious and bright. We originally planned to stay two nights. However, one front desk staff member was incredibly slow, spending 10-20 minutes trying to upsell something to the guest in front of me, while the other staff member had already served 3-4 guests. I then had to re-queue. On the day we arrived, there were no security guards, and I didn't see the front desk right after entering, so I had to find it myself. When I went out in the afternoon, I saw security guards who were polite and welcoming.

This hotel definitely deserves a great review! The scenery is beautiful, parking is convenient, and it's not far from the old town. It offers excellent value for money. The minibar included three drinks and three candies. Wi-Fi is provided, but it's very slow; you're better off using your mobile data. The decor is new and grand, though there was still a slight scent when we checked in. **Hygiene:** Excellent. **Environment:** Downstairs, there's a park and a Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient. **Service:** Excellent.
