The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. The executive lounge offered a good selection of light meals. Xiao Gao's service was particularly outstanding; she even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to the old town's must-see spots!

The lobby is spacious with complimentary tea and a seating area. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly welcoming and service-oriented. Seeing that I was with an elderly person, she proactively arranged for anti-slip measures in my room, which was very thoughtful. The hotel facilities are also excellent. Highly recommend this family-friendly hotel! It's incredibly convenient for traveling with kids. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was huge, featuring a large bathtub and a separate shower, which was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and thoughtful, checking us in efficiently. They even proactively upgraded us to a room with a better view. To get such excellent service and environment at this price point is truly amazing value for money. The hotel lobby is tranquil and quiet, and there's free parking available. It's perfect whether you're bringing the kids along or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

Grand, opulent, clean, reasonably well maintained, reception and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful, wanda plaza next door with YH supermarket in basement. Lots of restaurants in wanda plaza and on street behind it. Hint of cigarette smell when first checked in but not overpowering or inconvenient. Would recommend hotel.

Great hotel, exactly where we needed to stay to work with Damin, but the room smelled like smoke and my room definitely smelled like piss when I first walked in. Once the fan was turned on it was better.
