Nan Shan Yue She skillfully weaves together the essence of traditional Minnan culture with modern Chinese aesthetics, creating a comfortable hotel that caters to business, wellness, and leisure travelers alike. Upon entering the guest rooms, guests are greeted by well-equipped facilities and spacious spaces that offer a sense of freedom and comfort. When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here. Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean. Areas for improvement: 1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room. 2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us. 3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use. 4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward. 5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence. 6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car. In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point.

Hotel is located in the old town and within walking distance to the street for hailing the cab. They also provide shuttle service to the east gate of the old town. The old town is very charming and pleasant to explore, shop and eat. The hotel room is very clean and tidy. Room outside has balcony to overlook the street. The staff are very helpful to attend our questions, especially provide clear instructions to get to the hotel. We enjoy our stay very much.

This time I stayed at the Xiyue Hotel in Zhangzhou, a friend recommended it, and after staying, I really felt it was worth the trip, my satisfaction level went through the roof! The hotel facilities are complete, and the environment is clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. What touched us most was discovering we'd accidentally left a phone in the room after checking out. We were already panicking, but to our surprise, the front desk staff immediately contacted us, and after confirming the item, they meticulously helped us pack and ship it back. The service was so thoughtful and responsible, truly heartwarming! From the accommodation and travel to the attentive follow-up, every detail was handled perfectly. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely choose Xiyue Hotel again next time I visit!

The hotel close to Bihu Wanda Plaza, it is only a 10 minutes drive from Zhangzhou Ancient City and web celebrities place-the“Rainbow Bridge”. Shopping,food, entertainment, transportation and other complete facilities around the hotel, you can enjoy zhangzhou traditional snacks and also feeling traditional culture of southern Fujian.The hotel has elegantly designed rooms and suites, additionally the hotel use comfortable‘wanda realm bed’ and ‘wonderful dream’ series for you to have a pleasant dream on every night. The well-equipped Chinese and Western restaurant and top-lever gym and swimming pool are the benefit for attracting customers. We believe that will be a best choice for you to stay in Zhangzhou.

The environment, rooms, and staff attitude were all excellent. However, I have to complain about the breakfast. It was really poor for 58 yuan per person – no fruit and very few options, offering absolutely no value for money. Also, the hot spring water was too cold, only around 35°C, making it impossible to use in March. I specifically booked a room that included the hot spring and breakfast for the hot spring experience, but ended up not being able to use it at all.

Hotel decoration is very distinctive, combining retro aesthetics with modern design perfectly. The traffic here is convenient, there are many bus stops around, and the parking lot is about 200 meters away. The hotel has 25 rooms with comfortable bedding and cleanliness. Also equipped with a teahouse, chess room, home theater and other rich facilities. Going out is the ancient city of Zhangzhou, where you can immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient city, visit ancient streets and taste snacks. Whether for leisure or business trip, Yuejian Hotel can provide you with intimate service and comfortable experience, so that you can enjoy a pleasant time.

The room is very large and spacious, with good soundproofing. The hotel parking is super convenient, as there's a parking lot right behind it, and the lobby also has a back entrance directly to the parking. You just scan a QR code every time you drive out. The snacks, mineral water, and tea in the mini-fridge are refilled daily, which is a nice touch, and I particularly liked the tea. The service was also meticulous and thoughtful; they even offered welcome gifts and tea. I left my charger in the room, and they proactively contacted me and sent it via courier. All in all, this will definitely be my first choice again.
