Hotels in Zhangzhou with Swimming Pools

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are well-equipped, it has a sense of age, the price is high, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is complete, and the experience is good. Yaya at the front desk has enthusiastic service and introduces the surrounding tours in detail. It is convenient to travel. If you are traveling with children, you will come again next time .

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The service provided by Xiaojiao at the front desk was very good. We upgraded to a family room. The hotel is very large and there are many attractions nearby. We didn't drive but parking was convenient. Booked during the special price period, great value. Big bathtub, big balcony. Although the gym and swimming pool are not used, you can use them if you need them. When you go out the back door and follow the light trail, you can see the most beautiful night view in Zhangzhou, and there is also a music, water, dance and light show, which is great!

I was hesitant and didn’t know the distribution of hotel room types. I asked customer service online. The customer service responded quickly and helped us move to a higher floor. When I checked in, there were many people queuing up at the front desk. The waiter handled the check-in quickly and patiently. The room arranged was also very good, very quiet, large, and clean. There is a small refrigerator in the room that can be used, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provides disposable bathtub covers. You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

This time I made a special trip to pick non-weekend days. I chose the nearest Chinese hotel to the pier. It took 15 minutes to take the speedboat. The hotel is very close to Jinghu Park. Children like to feed koi and black swans! Thanks to the hotel service staff Xiao Zhao for recommending eating and playing around. It is very close to Xiamen and more comfortable than self-driving. I heard that there are also nearby hot springs, and I will experience it next time.

The whole family came on vacation on the weekend. When checking in, the front desk enthusiastically introduced the ”immersive leisure vacation experience”. The activities were very rich and the arrangements were quite fulfilling! We put the luggage and contacted the fishing experience. There were a lot of fish in the small lake next to the kapok bar. We put down the bait and bite the hook. The child caught a bucket when he first experienced fishing! Dinner was found on the public, local specialties, authentic taste and price, basically do not step on the pit! After dinner, I went to the hot springs in the park. The night view was great. The service staff in the park was very intimate and would take the initiative to bring tea and change bath towels. The nightingale called ** can be sent to the hotel downstairs. It is very convenient for the children to eat while soaking in the balcony pool, and soaking for a long time. The parent-child suite we lived in was very spacious, the health was very good, there was a Japanese-style tatami, with a projector, not to mention how comfortable it was to make tea on the tatami! The bed was very soft, I slept deeply all night, and I got up the next day. Take the battery car to eat breakfast, there are more people for breakfast, but the food is still very rich. I went to the park before I checked out! In particular, I want to give Xiaolian a compliment to the hot spring department. Xiaolian's service is particularly thoughtful. He will help us pour ginger tea, change bath towels, send glasses cloth, and patiently guide us to various bubble pools, and also send small toys to the children! Seeing that I am heavier than moisture, I also sent me a pack of grass soaking feet before leaving! The journey was very successful!

The hotel transportation is very convenient. Xiamen has been driving for 40 minutes in the past, and the parking lot is better. I contacted the hotel before booking and told me that the superior room has a bathtub but no hot spring pool. Other room types have a pool. Finally, I booked a deluxe hot spring room and I was quite satisfied. The room space was relatively large in Chinese style. The balcony had a separate hot spring pool. The pool was deep and needed to be released in advance. It was very comfortable to soak in a hot spring. The breakfast type is still quite rich in Chinese and Western styles. I prefer Chinese style. The chicken feet taste good. The freshly cooked noodles and fried eggs are delicious. The surrounding lake view is also pleasing to the eye, and the staff is very good at serving.

Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy. Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

The two large swimming pools are deep and shallow, very spacious, plus a small children's play area, very good 👍. The room is right next to the swimming pool, you can see it when you open the balcony door. The boss also upgraded the room for free, thank you very much. If I go to Zhangzhou next time, I should stay again.

The first time I went to Zhangzhou to play, I booked Zhangzhou Hotel on Ctrip and stayed in the Narcissus Building. The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Zhangzhou. It takes only seven or eight minutes to walk there. The ancient city is very lively and worth visiting. The environment outside the hotel is very large, with green trees, fish ponds and lotus flowers. It is very comfortable to take a walk. The room is spacious, clean, hygienic, and has no peculiar smell. The sound insulation is good and you can sleep quietly. Thank you for the fruit provided by the hotel. The buffet breakfast is also great. There is a large meeting room, which makes people feel comfortable overall. It is suitable for parent-child travel and business meetings.
