The room is great! It's very clean and safe. The hotel service is excellent; since cars can't enter the ancient city, there's a shuttle bus that picks you up right where the taxi drops you off, which is super convenient as you don't have to drag your luggage. There's also a shuttle when you check out to take you out of the ancient city. The hotel has an elevator and a beautiful small balcony. It's incredibly close to all the food and attractions of the ancient city – just step out, and a popular spot is a short walk away. Zhongshan Park is right outside, making it very relaxing. They even gave us Mochi, no need to queue, and there are also special tie-dye activities and puppet shows.

Pros: 1) Conveniently located within the ancient city, making it easy to explore. 2) The room was quite spacious and well-equipped with all the necessities, including a bathtub. They even offer disposable bathtub liners for 30 RMB. 3) Upon check-in, I added the front desk on WeChat. The hotel provided information about Zhangzhou Ancient City's attractions and food through WeChat. When I encountered an issue and contacted them via WeChat, their response was reasonably prompt. 4) Although there's no elevator, the hotel staff were helpful with carrying luggage up and down the stairs. 5) Parking fees were reimbursed quickly. Cons: 1) Free parking means finding your own spot, and the hotel reimburses the fee. We arrived on a Friday evening, and the ancient city was incredibly crowded with people and cars. The parking lot at the All Seasons Hotel, which the hotel initially directed us to by phone, was full. The hotel then told us to find roadside parking ourselves, which was very difficult for us. Luckily, after waiting a while at the All Seasons Hotel parking lot, a car left, and we were able to get in. 2) Soundproofing is poor. Conversations from the hallway and adjacent rooms were clearly audible. I had assumed it would be quieter in the ancient city without constant car traffic, but little did I know that cars are prohibited from 9 AM to 10 PM in the ancient city. So, there were still cars passing by at night when trying to sleep, and I could hear them. 3) Staying for two nights, our room wasn't cleaned until after 3 PM. They prioritize cleaning rooms for guests checking out first. I felt the hotel was understaffed in terms of housekeeping. 4) We were supposed to receive snacks and tea bags upon check-in. The snacks weren't provided initially, and I had to go across the street from the hotel to get the tea bags. After the room was cleaned on the second night, new floor mats weren't provided. I had to communicate with the hotel, and then they finally gave us some snacks, which were quite ordinary – just small cakes, sachima, and twisted doughnuts. I think even giving two Mochi cakes, which cost only four or five yuan, would have been a more thoughtful gesture than these small snacks.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient city. It's perfectly situated for exploring, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a subtle, pleasant fragrance. It comes with air conditioning, a comfortable 1.8-meter king-sized bed, and offers beautiful scenic views right from the window. The bathroom was fully stocked with all the usual toiletries, towels, and hangers. To our pleasant surprise, conditioner and even chargers were available. There's also a washing machine and dryer on site, plus a rooftop terrace. The top floor boasts additional drying racks and a spacious observation deck where you can take in the stunning panoramic night views of the old town, including a distant stage with live performances and the dancing fountain. Downstairs, the food options are endless and delicious! Be sure to try the unique Pien Tze Huang sugarcane juice and the Indian gooseberry & olive juice; both offer a delightfully sweet and lingering aftertaste. The owner is incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and even provided a handy guide to the old town's attractions and local delicacies, ensuring we wouldn't miss out on anything. Highly, highly recommended!

The room is very large and spacious, with good soundproofing. The hotel parking is super convenient, as there's a parking lot right behind it, and the lobby also has a back entrance directly to the parking. You just scan a QR code every time you drive out. The snacks, mineral water, and tea in the mini-fridge are refilled daily, which is a nice touch, and I particularly liked the tea. The service was also meticulous and thoughtful; they even offered welcome gifts and tea. I left my charger in the room, and they proactively contacted me and sent it via courier. All in all, this will definitely be my first choice again.

The room was very clean and tidy. My child got sick in the middle of the night and soiled the sheets. The front desk staff was very helpful, telling us which hospital to go to and taking care of everything for us. When we got back from the hospital, everything had been replaced with new items. The pillows were comfortable too; I even bought two new ones, haha!
