This is the first time I went to Zhanjiang for business with my colleagues. I chose the Universal Hotel, a very large hotel. The security guard said hello when I entered the gate. 四星酒店標準，前台服務員非常專業，我們訂房沒訂早餐，服務員再三提醒我們第二天早晨看一下再購買餐券，非常人性化，體現了較高的專業素質。房間服務設施乾淨整潔，靠近市中心，停車非常方便，非常適合自駕遊，下次旅遊還選他們這家酒店。

差評差評，淋浴房的燈是壞的，不停的忽閃，反映給前台，前台一個年齡偏大的中年婦女態度非常不好，竟然説燈是感性的，好無語啊。淋浴房的門都不見了，難道也是感應的嗎？再來説一下早餐，簡單就不説了，查票的服務員站在台階上面，居高臨下的感覺特別不好，小孩超好1米1要補半票，超過1米3就是全票，這規定也太無語了吧。總之入住體驗非常不好。

賓館整體很大，我們凌晨2點入住，樓下的迪廳是真吵啊，地都在震，去前台協調換了個房間，依然很吵。去的時候趕上降温，空調沒有制熱，房間很冷，服務員拿了兩個電暖器，基本沒什麼效果，聲音還大，早餐還湊合，一般般，主要是趕路，所以湊合一宿吧！太晚了，也沒有照相。
